Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod Liver Oil, 1060mg Omega-3 Liquid, Lemon - 8oz

I’ve done some research & decided to add this to my daily regimen (to correct my health issues). I am on day 4 & I feel a difference! I have more energy, I’m thinking clearer & I feel happier. I will repurchase over and over again. The taste is not bad at all. Very mild fish flavor & lemon. A tsp a day is worth all of the benefits! If you are chronically Vit D deficient- Just buy it!

Cod liver oil is an old tradition in my family. My mother and her 8 siblings had to take a spoon full every day. No mental health problems in any of the children! I use to think it didn’t matter and any omega supplement was the same. It is not. I have both Nordic cod liver oil and liquid omega. Both lemon flavor. This one is so much easier to take and way less fishy. A bit more expensive than the other, but the ease of taking it will make me buy this again.

As a child I was always given cod-liver oil, the only supplement along with the herbs that we used in the Islands. As an adult I have taken it on and off but will be consistent going forward. I have taken both liquid and capsules in the past, but the liquid provides a higher amount of the omegas in just one tea spoon. It is very smooth to consume and with no after taste. It is also good for regularity, I take first thing in the morning along a cup of herbal tea and fruits. I had hurt my right knee at the gym and lately I have experienced no pain. I also consume Boswellia. If you are looking for a quality cod liver oil this is my favorite.

I feel like I have less arthritis pain and I’ve been sleeping like a baby every night since I began taking cod liver oil. I have taken unflavored in the past but flavored is the only way to go.I purchased the lemon flavor and there is no fishy taste whatsoever and no fishy aftertaste. The first time or two I took it, I burped the lemon but I think my body had to get used to cod liver oil. After the first few times I didn’t experience that any longer. I was also taking 1 Tbsp not realizing that the recommended dosage is 1 tsp...oops. I had probably read the instructions sans glasses. I highly recommend this product-Carlson is known to be high quality which is why I chose it. I will continue to repurchase this item. Dr Berg (see YouTube) had recommended cod liver oil supplementation for health and I will continue to feel better for taking it. 10/10 product

I purchased this product for health benefits. I was raised with cod liver oil. This oil is different than what I was raised with. I have to say its not bad tasting it has a nice smooth lemon flavor not over powering. It is oil based so I want to compare it to texture and density like olive oil. It does not have a fishy taste or a fishy repeat or burping.. I did purchase the small bottle just in case I did not like it.. The only issue for me is its an oil and I did feel wierd about it but its not bad after a few times. I take it every morning 1 tsp.. I am looking forward to another purchase to keep my health in good shape..
