Kosher potato starch that works for many things
I use potato starch for my gluten-free baking. I was having a hard time finding what I was usually used to and thought I would give this a try. I’m very pleased. It’s a quality potato starch that is kosher. I have tried it in chicken soup to thicken it and that came out very well. I like that it comes in cans instead of packages. I received four cans for about $20. I think that it is worth it. I will continue to be a customer of this remarkable product.

One Of The Best Potato Starches
This is just one of the best Potato starches i have used. Worked perfect for all the Korean recipes i have been trying recently. Worked great crisping up tofu along with olive oil and a little baking powder.

It seems to include resistant starch.
Product quality appears to be excellent. I am looking for a resistant starch product. I will update review if I find that it is not resistant.
