I've been taking Pura Vida Moringa for about 3 years. I read of its anti inflammatory properties and thought I'd try it because I was experiencing an awful pain in my mid back. Seems to help with fatigue, no insane energy burst but I have noticed the fatigue kept at bay I’ve taken 2 per day sometimes both at same time others one in am and another midday can’t say I notice any difference taking it that way but all in all good product. This is second brand of this product I’ve purchased I’ve been a consumer of greens drinks for years but feel it just hasn’t done anything so far this has at least lived up to the advertisement

I have been taking Moringa capsules for several months. I started taking it to see if it would help me have more energy. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has low energy levels. I feel so much more energized since I have been using it. Also it has helped me with my blood sugar. My A1C was running 7 or above but the last time it was 6.7 with no changes in my diet.

Had a bad intestinal issue, black runny stools, pain that came and went. Google said it may be the nasty protozoa Giardia. Whatever it was, this eradicated it. Got relief the first day I took it or so. Stopped taking it after a week or so, symptoms returned. Took it for about 3 weeks, gone for good.
