These are great, my new favorites, one whipe is all you need when changing the thermal paste, and it leaves the CPU clean and ready for new paste.

These wipes work well to clean both the CPU IHS and CPU Fan heatsink ( only 1 wipe needed for both if used effectively). These are great for a clean removal of thermal paste and are great to give around for friends that might need them in the future.One thing that I have a small complaint about is that they can be too wet at times which causes a overflow of alcohol that could leak beyond the CPU IHS, so be sure to see if theres too much alcohol in the wipe before wiping your CPU.

The Noctua NA-SCW1 Cleaning Wipes are fantastic for cleaning off thermal paste. They make the process incredibly easy and efficient—much better than using liquid with a Q-tip or cloth. These wipes are perfectly designed for the job, leaving no residue and making cleanup quick and hassle-free.I’ve used them multiple times while swapping out CPUs and AIO coolers, and they’ve become an essential part of my PC toolkit. They’re easy to use, easy to dispose of, and provide consistent results every time. After trying these, I won’t use anything else. Highly recommend!

The pads clean old paste off CPU and Cooler surfaces but leave a residue best wiped off with a facial tissue or paper towel before it dries.I used WD-40 as it does a better job cleaning but carries the risk of damaging PCB surfaces if it comes in contact with them.

I didn’t expect to feel emotionally attached to a cleaning wipe, but here we are.I picked up the Noctua NA-SCW1 wipes to clean off some old thermal paste, and wow—these things are basically the VIP spa treatment for your CPU. One wipe and the crusty, dried paste that looked like it had survived multiple generations of hardware just… vanished. No smearing, no weird residue, no existential crisis.They’re perfectly pre-moistened (not dripping, not dry—whoever calibrated this deserves a raise), and they don’t fall apart mid-wipe like some bargain-bin napkin pretending to be useful. It’s like Noctua looked at thermal paste cleanup and said, “Let’s remove all suffering from this process.”Bonus: they made me feel like I actually know what I’m doing inside a PC case.10/10 would clean again. Honestly considering using one to clean my glasses just for the thrill.

These seem to work well. It's a "detergent" that they say doesn't need wiping off. Not sure... the wipes are EXTREMELY soaked, so while I was using them while the parts were on the motherboard, I squeezed out a great deal before application. So they aren't being cheap with the liquid! Worked fine.

These wipes seem to use a dual liquid formulation. Isopropyl alcohol and something else. The isopropyl alcohol dries quite quickly and there is a second compound that keeps the wipe wet for quite a long time. The material of the wipes is quite strong and does not spread on the sharp edges of small microchips.

Die Tücher halten was sie versprechen. Die Wärmeleitpaste ließ sich problemlos entfernen, jedoch kommt es auch auf den Zustand der Wärmeleitpaste an. Wenn diese nicht komplett ausgetrocknet ist geht es relativ schnell. Da ich alle 15 Monate meine Wärmeleitpaste (ich nutze immerThermalgrizzly Kryonaut extreme) erneuer ist es wie erwähnt sehr schnell gergelt. Vorallem die Packung hält dadurch sehr lange.Ich habe vor 2 Wochen meine zweite Packung bestellt, da ich nur noch 2 Tücher hatte. Ich habe vor einigen Jahren mir die erste Packung bestellt. Jedoch war der Verbrauch der Tücher am Anfang noch relativ hoch, da die Wärmeleitpaste meines damaligen Laptops relativ hart zur entfernen war, da ausgetrocknet und hart.Seit ich wieder zu einem normalen Rechner umgestiegen bin, was mittlerweile 2 Jahre her ist und ich erst vorkurzem meine Intel i7-13700K CPU ausbauen musste, da ich Probleme mit meinem Mainboard hatte, konnte ich mit nur einem Tuch den einfach zu lösende Wärmeleitpaste entfernen und dazu auch noch meine verbaute AiO-Wasserkühlung von der Paste befreien.Mit einem zweiten Tisch wische ich noch mal über die Kontaktfläche der AiO und dem Heatspreader der CPU um komplett sicher zu gehen, dass auch wirklich alles entfernt wird um die ideale Wärmeübertragung zu gewährleisten.
