Satin Naturel ACE Vitamin C Serum with Retinol & Hyaluronic Acid 100 ml

I was reluctant to give 5 stars but the price deserves it. For 30+ years I've used Vitamin C and I swear by it. My favourites was always Timeless and cellex-c (cellex c was what I started with). However they are super expensive. The ordinary are great too but are more 'raw' but still good but lacks a little on formulation. This Vitamin C at less than £9 sits nicely in my bathroom for the days I cannot be bothered sitting at my dressing table doing the whole shabang! I love my skincare and use everything from matrixyl, niacinamide, oils, Argaline, Tretinoin etc etc. I was reluctant to take this seriously when buying. What convinced me was the plant extras etc and at the very least I though the combo was a nice serum even if the Vit C did not impress. And that's how I think of this. I'm not totally convinced the Vit C is strong enough for me or the right kind in this formula, but its a nice serum and if, like me, you can be somewhat erratic with your skincare, then this is a great item. The large pump bottle looks good - pop this in your bathroom with a decent basic moisturiser like CeraVe or similar and quite honestly you can't be doing much wrong and your skin will feel the benefits of this rather than a quick swill and moisture. This brags Hyaluronic Acid too and if you haven't yet used this then you must! My skin type: Combination, a bit pore-y, mature, but well adapted to many skincare products. I'm 63. In conclusion, its a lovely combo, sits easily into almost any routine, great for lazy skincare people or those with erratic routines and a wonderful price-point to boot. The ONLY 'con' for me is the smell - initially there is a very, hmmm... let's say natural, plant-like, urban edge to this that does dissipate in a minute or two and it doesn't bother me at all... but it does exist. Just get some - at this price, honestly, its a great stand-by and I think it would also be a great item to throw in your holiday bag to take care of all your skincare in one bottle (+SPF of course) and you need vit c in the sun.

Packaging: feels premium. Bottle is made of heavy, dark glass which blocks the light and stops the key ingredients degrading (a pitfall in many other brands). Directions for use are provided in a small leaflet which provides thorough advice, super important since some of these ingredients can cause damage if used incorrectly. Ingredients: proven, well researched benefits. This isn’t a serum made to just look pretty on a shelf, it contains many of the key players in the skincare world for brightening, hydrating and anti-aging. The aloe vera base can help to soothe. These ingredients should be used with caution though, as they sensitise skin and you need to use sunscreen daily to protect and retain any benefits. Application: comes out of the pump as a slightly viscous golden liquid. The smell is not pretty which is good as added fragrance can irritate skin. It applies and sinks into skin nicely. Overall it is still too soon for me to know if it is having any great effect as most of these occur in the long-term, but I will definitely continue using this and would buy from this brand again as they have beautifully formulated this serum and it is a pleasure to use.

This smells very, very odd. Kind of like a burnt orange if I had to put a name to it, but I'm honestly not sure if that would be an accurate way to describe it. And the smell lingers. The serum itself is a pretty clear, whitish gel that sinks in quickly and doesn't feel too sticky. I like the packaging (in particular the pump) but have some concerns about how long this product will remain usable before it oxidises. Regardless, it seems to be making a difference in the brightness of my skin. Just remember to wear sunscreen if you're using this for anti-aging or hyperpigmentation, folks.

Received my package last week. My first impression - loved the design of the bottle, looks top quality stuff with a nice black and gold colour. It was a little bit smaller than I expected, but having used this on my face for a week now, I can see it will last a long time - so good value for money. It has all the important ingredients in that helps with anti-ageing and healthy skin and has a really high dose of vitamin c which you won't find in other products. (think we could all use a good dose of vitamin c) I use two pumps of serum every morning before I apply my moisturiser. Didn't have any noticeable effects at first but over the course of the week my face felt softer, the circles under my eyes were fading and I noticed a nice glow to my face. And my foundation that I apply every morning goes on smoother too. This is definitely going to be part of my daily routine and for anyone else who is looking for a skincare product then this one is a must!

I hadn’t read the reviews when I ordered this product, just saw that overall it had a high rating and was reasonably priced. As the bottle shows an orange, depicting vitamin C, I was expecting the scent to be ‘fresh’. It is a strange scent (almost borderline ‘hint of creosote’). It is very watery and although I was slightly alarmed by the initial tightening feel, my face didn’t react and has felt smooth. I probably wouldn’t buy this product again, as I prefer something that smells nice and with more substance.

I have black skin and am mid 40s I was suffering from lots of spots and pigmentation scarring from oily skin. So far I have used it three times - in the mornings only - over 4 days and I have noticed a difference. My skin looks more even and is way less oily. I am pleasantly surprised that it had an impact so quickly. I am very pleased because someone had reccomended that I use a different product which cost £85.00 and had mediocre reviews. I decided to look around and came across this product. This is so much cheaper and I am so pleased. I wash my face with any old soap. Put the serum on - I press it into the skin with my hands, I do not rub. Then I wait before putting ordinary face cream on - Nivea face cream currently as my skin has dry areas but is also oily. It's early days but I will continue using and will reccomend for my skin type.

I bought this for my mum and my sister first. We tried it and I was amazed I have a deep wrinkle on my forehead and it soften it straight away. It doesn't do miracles, but it actually helps and I must say it is at the moment the best vitamin c oil I have tried so far. I bought one for myself too. I arrives well packed, quite stylish, very delicate scent and nice texture, as it is not too oily. It is well and fast absorbed by the skin. You need to apply your usual face cream after as itself is not a moisturizer. I love it and I will buy it again.

This has a watery constituency which absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves it feeling tight but not uncomfortable. It is not moisturising so a cream of lotion is recommended to be applied after. I wear a spf cream during the day and it layers nicely with this serum. I have very sensitive, reactive Rosacea type skin and this serum did not initially aggravate my skin although it is 30% vit c. I could even use around my eyes and on my eyelids. I was possibly a little too enthusiastic applying it morning and evening thinking I had found the holy grail of vitamin c serums However after a week my skin did react becoming red and blotchy a few seconds after applying. I feel I was to blame for this by using it twice daily when I have easily irritated skin. So I left it for 24 hours and when I used it again I didn’t react so using it once a day only suits me. To early to see any anti aging effects but I do feel small discolouration from small spots fade quicker making my skin look a bit brighter. I do like the fact it’s organic with a base of aloe vera. On the picture it has a pump dispenser. Mine arrived with just a screw top which means every time I open it the serum is exposed and vit c does oxidise. On the whole I like this serum.

Excellent produit, très efficace après 3 jours d'utilisation seulement. Je l'avais acheté pour revigorer la peu après l'exposition au soleil pendant les vacances. La peau est redevenu lumineuse, plus douce, les pores sont refermés et j'ai même l'impression d'avoir gagné une tonicité de la peau que je n'avais pas avant. J'ai rajouté ce produit à ma routine de soin matin et soir, le produit est très bien toléré (je ne l'utilise pas au niveau des yeux), pénètre rapidement et est compatible avec tous les produits de maquillage (base, fond de teint, etc). Seul bémol la consistance très aqueuse du produit , il faut faire attention à ne pas utiliser trop. Sans odeur. Je recommande fortement. Livraison rapide.

I will not buy this again. It is very sticky as a serum. I haven't noticed a positive difference in my skin or complexion. I actually have developed a rash on my eyelids I think this product is quite harsh on your skin. I'm 41, with combination skin type.

Ho acquistato il siero al retinolo un anno fa e adesso che i vari prodotti che avevo in casa per la mia skincare routine sono finiti, ho acquistato un po' di prodotti di questa linea per sostituirli. Semplicemente ottimi. Arrivano tutti con il sigillo di garanzia; i sieri vanno aperti e va montata la pompetta in dotazione. Ho letto altre recensioni in cui arrivavano prodotti già aperti o usati, ma io questo problema non l'ho avuto né ora, né alla prima consegna. Ho cominciato la mia skincare ruotine compiuti 30 anni, e adesso che ne ho 35, i risultati si vedono. Ho sempre usato prodotti il più possibile naturali, evitando petrolati, parabeni, solfati, e testati per il nickel. Ho la pelle molto sensibile, facilmente soggetta a dermatiti e con questa linea di prodotti mi trovo più che bene. Comincio con detergente e tonico spray (di altra marca); poi passo al siero che va applicato (1-3gocce) tamponando i palmi aperti su viso, collo e décolleté. Alle prime applicazioni la pelle potrebbe tirare, un paio di giorni e si abitua. Va lasciato asciugare per tre minuti, poi applico un gel contorno occhi e infine una crema idratante (entrambi di altra marca). Al mattino utilizzo 4 gocce di siero ialuronico, la sera 3+3 di siero vit C e retinolo insieme, che sono sensibili alla luce e vanno usati solo la sera. Il retinolo profuma di olive, il siero ialuronico di rosa e il siero vit C di agrumi speziati; profumi naturali e delicati, non persistenti. Ho sempre avuto la pelle del viso grassa a tendenza lucida nella zona T, ma con la giusta combinazione di prodotti la mia pelle ha trovato il suo equilibrio e anche in estate con molto caldo, non ho più problemi di effetto unto sul viso. Apprezzo molto l'alta concentrazione di aloe nei prodotti perché è una delle sostanze più nitrienti e ricca di benefici in natura e la boccetta in vetro scuro; sia perché di base evito il più possibile il consumo di plastica (usiamo anche shampoo, saponi e detersivi solidi in casa) sia perché i prodotti si mantengono più freschi a minor contatto con la luce. L'olio alla rosa mosqueta lo uso da tanti anni e non potrei più farne a meno. Il suo odore è inconfondibile..ho cominciato ad usarlo dopo un'operazione chirurgica, per levigare la cicatrice rimasta e l'ha tolta. Ho poi continuato con le smagliature post gravidanza e adesso lo uso regolarmente dopo la piega sulle punte dei capelli e la sera, dopo la doccia, aggiungendone poche gocce alla crema corpo idratante. L'ultimo acquisto è la crema per i piedi. Faccio un lavoro pesante e i piedi ne risentono molto; sono doloranti, con antiestetici duroni e si tagliano sui talloni. La sera prima di dormire applico una bella noce di crema su entrambi i piedi e massaggio bene; un paio di calzini e via, al mattino come nuovi. Sono innamorata di questa linea cosmetica..e quando finiranno le varie boccette approfitterò del codice sconto che ho trovato dentro il foglietto della crema per i piedi.

Die flüssige Gesichtspflege von Satin Naturel verwende ich schon einige Jahre. Zuerst war es das Serum mit Aloe Vera. Seit ein paar Monaten benutze ich das mit Vitamin C und Hyaluron. Ich trage es jeden Abend auf die gereinigte Haut auf. Es duftet gut nach zitrischen Früchten und lässt sich leicht mit dem Pumpspender entnehmen. Zwei bis drei Pumpstöße in die Handfläche genügen. Ich pflege damit Gesicht, Hals und Dekolleté. Das Serum hat eine angenehme Konsistenz und lässt sich leicht auftragen. Es hinterlässt kein Fett und zieht rasch in die Haut ein, die sich dann glatt und seidig anfühlt. Ich bevorzuge die Variante mit Hyaluron, weil ich die etwas aufpolsternde Wirkung von Hyaluron mag. Ich verwende das Serum unter der Nachtcreme. Ich muss nun nicht mehr darauf achten, dass diese Hyaluron enthält, weil das ja schon im Serum vorhanden ist. Ich vertrage das Serum sehr gut. Es wirkt fast erfrischend auf dem Gesicht. Am Morgen sieht die Haut frisch, jugendlich und erholt aus. Sie fühlt sich weich und seidig glatt an. Ich bin mit diesem Produkt sehr zufrieden und werde es nachkaufen. Das Serum befindet sich in einer geschmackvollen, schwarzen Glasflasche, die es haltbar macht. Ich kann es empfehlen.
