Helpful for macular degeneration
After having high numbers on the macular degeneration test, my eye doctor recommended this product. I've been taking 1 per day for 4 months and my numbers were down at my recheck appointment. After the first 2 weeks, I noticed my vision was brighter and I could tell it was working. I will continue taking these and recommend them highly!

Pretty expensive but provides 10mg zeaxanthin(?sp) and 10 mg Lutein without any other vitamins or minerals which my eye doctor recommended for controlling macular degeneration.
