Very Poor Quality, Damaged Product, Drawers had to be fixed before they would even come out
I purchased this for my husband s birthday for his outside kitchen. He opened it today only to discover the lefthand corner is all dented up. None of the drawers will open properly. the is not what I had expected for the price I paid. Now we have to figure out how to get it ready to ship back....I hate sending things back... This is why I took so long to buy this product. But this one had good reviews. Unsatisfied customer

Details matter.
Pretty well made with a few shortcomings. Starting off with the good: nice quality stainless drawers and box, well packaged to protect contents and nice looking. Could have earned 5 stars, but --- The down side. As a mechanical engineer, I was disappointed by the poor selection of fasteners in the construction. The bolts holding the slides on are too short so that several of them fail to engage in the nylon inserts in the nylock type nuts. The screws for the handle are only long enough to engage a couple of threads.

5-star service and product
Originally I was missing handles on all three sets of doors and drawers I purchased. Pretty important part of the product. The seller contacted me after I initially left a poor review. The seller immediately shipped out all the missing handles and apologized for missing them. Great service and follow up. Beautiful drawers and doors with handles now. 5-star service and product.
