Can you connect headphones by bluetooth to this amplifier or is it only Bluetooth receiver?

You can't connect Bluetooth headphones, as it's a receiver not a transmitter.

Does the cd player have a resume play function? i.e. when you turn off the unit and on again, does the cd player "remember" where you've left off?"

It can be paused and resumed. But it doesn't resume if turned off. I knew that when I bought it. It's not important to me. The sound is excellent by the way.

Will the denon amplifier work with a audio technica lp120 turntable

100% yes. I own both. My setup allows me to use the turntable to play via USB to the computer, and by flicking a switch on the back of the turntable it is suitable for a proper amp. It works great!

Can i use this to connect ns-1000mm to an audio interface?

Yes the Yamahas are rated at 60 watts so this amp would be fine driving these
