Houseplant Prop Drops, Cutting Rooting Hormone & Propagation Promoter, 8 oz

Love this product. I use it in water propagating and moss propagating and my plants root very quickly. Really easy to use and goes a long way so it's worth the money.

These drops are magic. I use them when propagating in both water and soil and my results have been wonderful. I have used this for propagating orchids (in sphagnum) and pothos (in water) so far. After 3 days (when I changed the water for fresh) on my pothos, I was seeing strong roots already. Incredible. Orchids props are healthy (haven’t checked for roots as I know they take longer, but they remain plump and green). Very happy. Picture is from 6 days post propagation. Each immersed node has produced strong roots.

Rooted some New Guinea Impatients using this stuff and they rooted a lot faster then doing in just water and the root mass was big for only being in this solution for about a week and a half.

Works fairly well! Love that it comes in a big bottle so it will last a while! It does get a bit crusty on the cap, so it has to be rinsed after every use.. otherwise it gets stuck after a while.

It worked well for me. It's brown but who cares? If it works, it works. Soil is brown. Leca is brown. Seems silly to knock a product because of the color, and videos DO show it being added to water and clearly that it's brown. On to the product. My only real complaints are it is a tad pricey for the size and the packaging is not the best. They really need to tape the tops so they stay sealed but it would be even better if they used a better bottle that allows you to pour out small amounts without it leaking and wasting product. Trying to measure out the product into a small teaspoon measuring spoon is messy. For the real thing that matters, does it do what it claims? I say yes. I have rooted many differents plants in the past with lots of success and of course some failures. But I had 2 very large cuttings that were not doing much of anything in terms of root growth after a month of trying. I have a 4 leaf large deliciosa monstera top cutting and a large dracaena top cutting. The monstera started out in perlite and small amount of water. The Dracaena in water. I was getting nothing from either one of them. I really did not want to lose the monstera so I saw this product and decided to give it a shot. After 2 days both of them sprouted roots after weeks of doing nothing! I decided to add it to some snake plants I was rooting in soil without much action too. Those still looked good but not much activity happening with the roots until I watered them with some of this propagation magic. In my experience, this stuff does work! A lot of times I'm propagating something that I already own so if it fails, I'm not too bummed out about it but for my special plants, I really want the props to work so I will continue using this product!

I have never had any additional root growth or speed of root growth when using traditional rooting powders. I have seen many people talk abouy "prop drops" anf how they speed the root growth. I had several cuttings being propped in water that just wouldn't push any roots. Not even my golden pothos was budging. I used these drops the day they came and in less than a week ALL of my proagations are starting to either form root buds or have full blown roots. Also another bonus I can see is that these drops darken the water a little in my glass propagation tubes and will definitely cut down on algae growth. Quite impressed. Buying more before others catch on to this amazing product and the price goes up. Want to keep these in my arsenal for sure.

This stuff works! I started propagating a piece of my Tradescantia Zebrina that fell off when I moved into my classroom in July. I had it in the propagation jar until the end of the school year and it still wasn’t ready to plant. When moving out of my classroom- a couple pieces fell off again… this time I ordered these drops and WOW! Within 3 weeks they were ready to plant! So many healthy roots in such a short time! It does make the water look a little brown but wow is it worth it! This is liquid gold and worth every penny! I even put a couple drops into my watering can to use on all my house plants and have seen drastic growth! I am a forever customer! Including a photo after just shy of a week in the water with drops!

I really wanted to love this product. I either got a bad bottle because it killed my global pothos cuttings. I’ve used it on my reverted monstera albo cuttings one survived and the other two dead. It worked on my roses and garden plants lol I’ll stick with my root powered for cuttings.

I had to completely chop down my Ficus because it dropped all its leaves. It is now regrowing some leaves. not sure if this product did it or my aggressive pruning but it literally went from a leafless twig to growing more leaves so I am happy! I also had put some slits in the stem as i had seen suggested online.

Really Works! My plant which died twice and had root rot that separated it completely from its root system came back to life! Great for propagation

I had to give my fiddle fig tree a spring ‘haircut’ and might’ve been a little bit too brutal… However, within just 1 watering I noticed new buds and within 3 weeks there were already new leaves! I would definitely recommend this product.

SO FAR SO GOOD

I initially purchased this brand to propagate my plants, this brand is expensive, however I have observed excellent results. 4 stars due to the cost of product. And I find that Pouring from lid causes-waste and mess. I suggest taking the top off and pour out directly, I’ve used measuring pipettes etc or you will experience wastage. Also ensure you securely close and tighten lid.
