The build quality is excellent, everything feels solid, well-designed, and properly engineered rather than flimsy like many chairs in this price range.The chair is very comfortable, especially for long sitting sessions. The lumbar support is firm and supportive without being intrusive, and the mesh back keeps good airflow. The seat base is stable and does not wobble, which gives confidence in its durability.Assembly was straightforward and all parts fitted precisely. Once assembled, the chair feels sturdy and balanced. The adjustment options allow you to find a comfortable position easily.Overall, this chair offers excellent value for money. It feels reliable, supportive, and suitable for daily use over long periods. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality ergonomic chair without spending excessive amounts.

comfortable, easily put together, the rollerblade style wheels make it roll smoothly and the locking recline feels reassuringly solid, when set upright the back support realy helps comfortably correct my posture preventing the end of day slump back ache.

It's massively better than Songmic Office Chair Ergonomic OBN52BKUK, which I bought for the spare room (although one might expect all these things are built in the same warehouse and designed by the same people). Like that, the Sihoo is limited and a tad flimsy around the arms, but overall, unlike the Songmic, it's overall a more comfortable sitting upright experience. The rollerblade-style wheels, which I'd never seen before on a chair, are of particular note: combined with the chair being fairly light, it's very easy to move around, it's like gliding, even on carpet. Ultimately, it is a cheap office chair, you go into it not expecting the best build quality, but to its credit it has decent lumbar support (far better than the Ikea Markus it replaced, and the Songmics), and just as crucially, a semblence of a headrest with a decent range of movement, which the Songmics lacks entirely. Frankly, I've used far, far worse chairs in professional offices back in the Before Times.Build is pretty easy, and the package includes a spare of everything, and an actually useful allen key with a big grip. I'm hanging on to that for future reference.My only real negative, even at this price point, is that while the back recline options are limited to two additional fixed positions as may usually be the case in these types of chair, neither of them feel right: even the 2nd position is a too far back for my taste, especially given the seat reclines with it, so it lifts your feet off the floor and you have to reduce the height, which is awkward as both are controlled by a single, dual-function lever.Still, for £136, and knowing the mesh will inevitably be torn to shreds by the cat in a few years, as happened to the Markus—hence why I can't risk even a second-hand Aeron—I don't think you'll be disappointed. Have low expectations, it will beat them easily.

Review of Sihoo M18 Office Chair purchased from Amazon UK for £139 in May 2026. This is an excellent chair, it went together easily, no problems with missing screws or badly drilled holes. The seat is firm but it's not uncomfortable and I understand it gets softer over time.-, there's adjustable incline which can be locked in different positions. I just leave it unlocked to rock back and forth. There's also adjustable lumbar support (up or down/ in or out). I'm 5ft 11inches tall and love this Sihoo Chair, it fits perfectly and is very comfortable. Reccommended.

I bought the chair just over two years ago and when I first put it together I was really happy with the quality and comfort of it and the many ways it can be adjusted to get the perfect sitting position.Since then I’ve used it every day for multiple hours spread throughout the day. It’s still going strong, isn’t showing any real signs of aging that I can see on the seat or back rest. Is still just as comfortable as ever and the roller blade wheels makes it so much easier to move on carpet which is a real bonusThe only downside I’ve found is that the plastic leather Type material of the cushioned bit on the arm rests has started to split but after a minimum three messages and a couple of pictures, replacements for both armrests are being sent out under warranty and free delivery even after over two years since I purchase it. One of the easiest and best customer service experiences I’ve had and getting the replacement bits I needed was absolutely no trouble at all and has been organised with a few messages in a dayDespite the arm rests wearing and starting to tear I still feel that five stars is deserved as the chair is exactly as advertised if not better and the three year warranty on parts is genuine, easy and quick to get organised and if in another few years I have to get another arm rest then that’s a price I’ll happily pay

I purchased this as I need an ergonomic chair for home working at a computer all day. I had developed neck pain with my previous chair and needed something that will give full back support and is high backed - I am 6'2"" tall. The chair is well made and looks great. I suspect it will be fine and comfortable for most people who need a home office chair. However, it won't help you maintain a good posture for working at a desk if you have back/neck problems. The back is quite high but is not height adjustable as you find on many other fully ergonomic chairs. The main issue is that the back rake adjustment does not allow you to position the back upright. Even when locked in the most 'upright' position, the back is slightly inclined backwards, meaning that you cannot keep contact with the back when working comfortably at a desk. Strangely, it does allow you to tilt the back a very long way back - but I can't see that anyone would ever want to do that. It is a shame you can't so the same and tilt the back forwards. The headrest was not high enough to reach anywhere near my head, even on the maximum adjustment, and it feels too 'flimsy' on its plastic frame to provide any meaningful head support. I had to return for a refund and now on the look out for a chair with a full back rake adjustment and height adjustment. Communications with the company have been excellent.

I bought this based on reviews, as consistently appeared in top 10 reviews of chairs. Had a genric computer/gamer style chair which was not that good to sit in and most reviews say go for an office type chair instead on these.Was really easy to put together. They provide all tools to fit including cloth gloves, as the washers have a little oil on to them to keep from rusting. All screws have an extra one incase you lose one. Took me 20 mins to put together. The only gripe I have is the adjustable armrests that move up and down and headrest wobble a bit, not quite a plush fit, but these don't affect you whilst in use. Was just looking for something negative to say as no product is perfect. Had the chair for 2 weeks now and all good so far.

VERY quick shipment. The delivery took only 4 days Instead of 12 – 21 as the delivery notification indicated.Very easy to assemble. Expect 30 minutes and you can take it easy. Mount the parts in a large place and then move the finished chair where you want it in two parts, bottom part and top, it is quite easy.The chair is quite comfortable with the nice lumber support as a plus. The slope of the backrest did not work at first, the latch had locked in on position. After some trickery, it let go and now it works.The only negative thing is that it cannot be raised any more. I’m 190+ cm and think it is in the too low even fully raised. I'll will try to find wheels that are higher, would need 5 cm extra.How it lasts over time is hard to say but the construction is robust and well made so I have good hope.

L'assise est bien rembourrée, offrant un confort qui tient sur la durée.Support lombaire réglable : Le support lombaire ajustable est un vrai bonus. For the price of this, you wouldn't get a better chair. It's solid and it has features that you usually only find on more premium chairs. The pros:- The wheel base is metal (even the wheel brackets themselves are metal)- The wheels are the same as what you find on roller blades. they're very good quality, very silent and smooth when moving around- The padding on the seat is thick and comfortable. I've had it for a good few months now and I work mostly from home and it didn't go out of shape- The reclining options are good. you can lock it into a reclined position or leave it open. you can then adjust the tension from underneath for how much weight / force it takes to recline- When you do recline, the back reclines more than the seat so it feels more natural. the arms are attached to the seat base so they move with the seat (not the back)- The arms can adjust up or downThe cons:- There is a lumbar support on it which doesn't have much padding. luckily you can adjust it, so I have it back fully and don't notice it there.- It would be nice to have more adjustment on the arm rests. It can be put up or down, and the padding of the rests are shaped so your forearms won't slip off. The problem is that they don't turn, so when you're typing or using a mouse, the padding on the armrests don't feel too comfortable. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5
