This is very handy and easy to set up! My first system I put together. It would be 5 stars except... the output is really really slow. I wasn't prepared for that. It takes about 7 hrs to get 20 gallons. NBD, but the floating shut off isn't precise so it shudders the pipes every few minutes. I would consider a faster/more volume system if you have the funds. The replacement filters are pretty expensive, so be prepared for that. I don't get down to zero ppm, but darn close, 3-5 ppm. It's easy to remineralize to whatever ppm and pH I want for my aquariums. My aquatic plants are loving the water!

Best rodi on a budget you can get it works and is reliable . Make sure the connections are locked in before you let it ride but tds is at zero and stays there even with garbage water quality here in ohio .

Very easy to install. If you follow the videos an take the time to flush them properly you’ll get a true 0 TDS. Using for my reef tank. Couldn’t be happier. Set up time took about 20-30 mins and it’s hooked to the hose. Float switch works great too

Normally I don’t leave long reviews!!! BUT….. I seen some that were negative and after reading them before purchasing, I thought to myself self, they have to be doing something wrong, and I was RIGHT…. Please take the time to read the instructions and this product will not disappoint. I am using it for my reef tank and wanted to have a top off system as well as a small reservoir for mixing my salt water for watcher changes. Took me less than 30 minutes to set up. I flushed the first 2 canisters for about 5 mins then installed the third, flushed for 30-45 mins. Then finally was able to to start making some FREAH water. All the parts were in the box as promised. Tools for the install, razor blade to cut the hosing. It didn’t have any plumbers tape but who doesn’t have that in the aquarium hobby. ALL IN ALL, GREAT FILTRATION, doesn’t leave. SUPER easy to install to my water spicket. Just checked the TDS on my first batch, 0!!! My tab water reads about 150. I am extremely impressed at how easy this was. 🙌🏼 Thank you.

This unit worked issue-free for 1 year. For the last 6 months I've dealt with the main line and waste line water pressures inverting. I regularly replace, flush, and store filters as recommended, and also tried replacing the solenoid and check valve, but the issue persisted. Update: I contacted customer support, which responded the next day and identified the issue as a faulty RO membrane. The manufacturer's rated lifespan for this membrane is 12–24 months. Mine failed in under 12 with light usage. Support's only recommendation was to purchase a replacement, with no offer to remediate the premature failure. Between the filter costs, premature component failure, and lower than advertised water efficiency, I've ordered a more premium RODI and wish I had done so from the start. I would advise anyone considering this unit to do the same

Good system it filters my 450 tdm tap water down to 1 or 2 tdm, my tap water is 50 tdm away from needing 2 sediment filters. It works fine for my 50 gallon aquarium needs.

Product arrived broken. The waster water valve part had snapped clean off. Tried gluing it back on to no luck.
