will this break the chain where i cant use it again cuz i need to replace my derlailer

First! If you are replacing a derailleur you should replace the chain because the old chain has stretched and adjusting the new derailleur will be difficult to get the right shifting of gears. However do not push pins out and reuse or use kmc quick links

Will this work on 11 Speed Chains

8 speed and 11 speed chains mainly differ in the thickness for the link plates. 11 speed chains need more clearance and are thinner to provide that. So an 11 speed chain should break easier than an 8.

Once you screw in new pin will this tool clip off new pin tip while still attached ? how

I only did one link for a test. I broke off the tip with a pliers. Far as I know the tool does not do that job.
