I loved it so much, I bought a 2nd one (I think you have to pay xtra for bugs)
I now have two of these in my home for my two children... I bought my first in September of 2018 to replace an old mattress for my daughter... it was great, and my daughter loved the mattress... no issues at all with the mattress... my son needed a new mattress too, so I was about to order a 2nd one in February 2019 when I noticed numerous reviews (many recent) citing reports of bedbugs. Now let me clarify my experience here... I work in the hospitality business and maintain dormitories for military training students that are on a constant rotation, much like a hotel. We are all trained to spot, look for and deal with bed bugs should ever the problem arise... bed bugs have nothing to do with personal hygene or cleanliness, they can infest anything from the sleaziest no-tell motel to the fanciest 5-star Hyatt Regency. Also, bed bugs don't limit themselves to beds, they will travel and hide on/in anything... clothes, shoes, carpets, suitcases, curtains, laptops, alarm clocks, a book... bed bugs aren't picky. For those reviewers that say they got bedbugs... if you think it came from the mattress and you just tossed it out, problem solved... YOU STILL HAVE BEDBUGS because your house is now infested (or previously was and you just now noticed). Now back to these Linenspa mattresses... I LOVE THESE THINGS... they're very comfortable and affordable... both my kids love them. I had already purchased one back in 2018 and never had any issues, and as someone who can spot those little devils, our house is free of them. When I ordered my 2nd mattress (after reading the negative bug reviews) I went ahead and took the added precaution... and you should too... if you're ever worried about something like this... INSPECT AND OPEN THE MATTRESS OUTSIDE YOUR HOUSE! I just laid a bedsheet in the driveway, opened the box, inspected the vacuum-sealed wrap... saw nothing... opened it up on the sheet on my driveway (to keep it clean of course) and fully inspected this sucker everywhere... nope... no bugs, no smells... just a nice clean beautiful mattress. Carried it inside, no issues, son happy... If you actually do have one that is infested like some people claim, and you opened it inside and slept on it... ya... your whole house is now infested (and possibly was before you bought a new mattress). I just want to make it clear that as someone who works in the hospitality business and is trained in spotting and dealing with those little devils long before it becomes a problem... I've bought two of these mattresses from this company and never had an issue with bugs or smells... and if I need a third or fourth mattress, i would buy another... but if you ever suspect or worry about something like this from this company, or ANY company... just open it outside on a clean sheet and inspect thoroughly before you bring it in.... that way if there is a problem, you don't risk letting them into your home.

Absolutely Amazing but especially at this price point
We are borrowing our in laws motorhome and it came with what might be the second worst mattress ever. FYI the worst mattress ever was so hard that it was preferable to sleep on the concrete floor. The old mattress was thin to begin with at maybe 5 inches and has not improved with age and become lumpy and unsupportive. Hubby and I were both waking up sore and in pain every single day. The old mattress made us feel like we were sleeping on the plywood platform that houses our water tanks. Since its a motorhome, everything in it is weirdly cheap, weirdly sized, crazy expensive and now 9 years old. You would think that for something you pay more than $100K for that things would be higher end but no.... Its all pressboard and leatherette and the existing mattress that came with the motorhome was no different. I knew i had to upgrade but since we will be giving this back to the in laws eventually, I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a new mattress even though it was perfectly clear we had to get one. I rolled the dice and ordered the LinenSpa mattress in the RV/Short Queen size and it fits perfectly. It hangs over the edge of the platform by 1/2 an inch at the foot. Its firm enough to suit me and soft enough to suit the hubby who likes really plush beds. He was worried that he would be hot sleeping on memory foam but so far that has not been a problem. It arrived rolled up and I won't lie that maneuvering that 75# box up the tiny RV stairs was a bit of a challenge. I managed to install it by myself but it would definitely be easier with 2 people. I carefully cut the box off it and slid it out, unrolled it, and then started removing the plastic. It inflated like magic. We used the sofa sleeper for a couple of nights since it said it needed 48 hours to inflate fully and we have been super comfy ever since on it. If you are looking for an RV or motorhome mattress upgrade, you can't go wrong with this one. It's much less expensive than the mattresses at the RV stores and easily twice as good. I am definitely not feeling the plywood now!

Great for kids. Set up easy and fast!
Searched a long time for a bed for my two sons to upgrade into without spending much money and this one seemed like a good fit. They can grow into it over the next several years. I liked that it has some memory foam comfort but also had the support of springs. It was very easy to move into the room and unpack (I did it myself as a 5'5/135# mom). Set up was simple: open up, wait 1-2 min and watch it expand! At first try it was almost 7.5inches and by a day or two later just over 8inches; so it delivered in its expansion height. Once we put it on a Zinus platform bed frame it was quite comfortable, even for an adult. My boys are OVER THE MOON in fact, and love their new beds!! I find myself falling asleep for a bit when I lay down next to them at bedtime. No odor straight from the box and arrived looking brand new so no concerns there, either. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to get again and in fact my neighbor might be getting two for her boys after seeing them and how affordable they are. (Only reason for docking one star is because the bedsheets aren't completely snug but I understand that is b/c this is an 8inch mattress and not a 12 or 16inch traditional.) Again, my boys slept like babies!! Even though they aren't anymore:-( If you like a little bit of cushioning with the top layer of memory foam but some support of a spring bed then this is something to try at this price point! I checked around, too and it is the best price from amazon if you are a prime member with free shipping. *I was NOT compensated in any way for this review and is my own honest opinion.* Update: We've now had these for 5 years and they are still working great. Only thing I could see have doing is purchased the 10 or 12 inch beds for a bit more thickness due to my oldest (now 13yr) being bigger than me at 5'8" and 140# and growing. We will probably upgrade him soon to a Queen 12" of this bed, knowing it will last him through H.S. Great beds for the price!

Exceptional value and comfort
I’ve actually bought three of these mattresses now, which probably says more than any long-winded review could. When you find something that’s actually good value for the money, you tend to stick with it. I first got one for a guest room, but ended up getting two more because the quality is so consistent. The main thing you should know is that it definitely leans toward the softer side. If you’re looking for a rock-solid, firm mattress, this isn't it—but if you like that cozy, "sink-in" feeling where the memory foam actually contours to you, it’s great. The hybrid design is nice because the springs give it a bit of "bounce" and support so you don’t feel like you’re stuck in quicksand. For the price, it’s been a total win for us. It arrives in a box, puffs up quickly, and doesn't have that weird chemical smell some of the other brands have. Solid buy if you want comfort without spending a fortune.

Good quality, comfortable and affordable at the same time.
We first bought this about 3 years ago for our older child who was around 3 years old back then. Recently, we purchased a mattress for our younger one, who is just turning three. It is a quality mattress and I believe it is the best value among all. For kids, teenagers and occasional guests, this would be the most cost-effective solution without compromising on comfort and quality.

8" Twin, 8" Full, and 10" Queen deliver affordable comfort over the years
I currently own three mattresses in 3 sizes and 2 levels of thickness (8 inches for the twin and full mattresses, 10 inches for the queen). Here are my thoughts from prior reviews: "Mattress is exactly as advertised, with encased springs for 6 inches and 2 inches of memory foam on top for a total of 8 inches. This hybrid mattress is medium-firm, thanks in part to the memory foam. I sleep on medium to firm beds depending on materials, so this mattress is perfect for me. Packaging is vacuum sealed in a rectangular box. I ordered the twin size for about $91. Specs are 75"x39"x8". I unrolled the mattress, laid it as flat as possible, and opened the hermetically (vacuum) sealed plastic. This mattress expanded to 7 inches height within 5 minutes. I left the mattress alone for the recommended 3 hours max (the beauty of encased spring mattresses is short expansion time). The mattress height exceeds 8 inches, about 8.5 inches. I recommend cutting the four corners of the plastic seal to allow air to flow from all directions, that way the mattress expands evenly. The feel of the mattress would be medium-firm, as mentioned earlier. I feel like I'm floating as I lay on this mattress right now. I previously had a 6 inch encased coil mattress 5 years ago that was surprisingly comfortable, even though it didn't fully expand to 6 in. So I decided to give this one a try and it's well worth the low price. Fortunately my mattress came with no defects, but I imagine the price point of $91 would likely bring more defective products than higher quality mattresses would. This will be my 5th night sleeping on this mattress with no issues whatsoever. Will try another mattress soon." -January 2017 "Feb 09, 2018 update: 'This mattress contours to your body after extended periods of time. However, those coils spring back in place and the memory foam slowly regains its original shape after half an hour to an hour max. Today marks 3 months I'm sharing this with my girlfriend, with my full size mattress having arrived this same day. This mattress still pushes 9 inches in thickness to this day. I'm glad for thus purchase and still recommend this product.'" The full-size mattress I received in February 2018 is still wonderful in May of 2020. What I've shared regarding my twin mattress remains true for the full mattress as well, with the exception being the full mattress is a little plusher than the twin. If the twin was a 5.5 (1 is firmest, 10 is plushest), then the full is more like a 6.5. Although my girlfriend and I no longer use this mattress, my dad tells me it's still good as new thanks to the mattress protector we invested in. I made a recent visit and confirmed the mattress was still in excellent shape with no flattening or deteriorating down whatsoever. May 05, 2020: Although it's been almost a week since my 10" queen mattress delivered, I unboxed it 5 days ago. The matress was wrapped in three layers of plastic that was welded together instead of a single layer with tape to secure the rolled up mattress. This mattress expanded to 9 inches within the first 10 minutes and reached its 10 inches of thickness in under 2 hours. I left the mattress alone for 3 hours to ensure it properly expanded. As mentioned earlier, hybrid coil mattresses have the advantage of expanding quickly compared to full memory foam or gel/memory foam hybrid mattresses. They also retain their height better, with the foam being more likely to fail. Right now, my mattress is at least 10 inches thick with firmness/plushness similar to the twin mattress I had. This being my third Linenspa hybrid mattress in 3 years, I must commend the brand and Amazon for consistency. These mattresses all arrived in the same kind of packaging, have all delivered excellent bang-for-buck comfort, and were all stored at one of Amazon's warehouses for less than 9 months. For those who've likely had issues with defective mattresses, take heed to check the labels on the box of the manufactured date and/or the date or was shipped from the manufacturer to the vendor's warehouse. If long-term storage of this mattress in a vacuum seal is a likely culprit, you'll get confirmation upon reading the labels. Right now my pregnant girlfriend is sleeping like a baby on this 10" queen mattress. On a side note, I ordered the 10" mattress with the frame and the frame is great. It definitely holds 300lbs, plus the 80-85lbs the mattress weighs, with ease.

It WAS comfortable and now it’s awful
I bought this mattress in November of 25. I’ve purchased Linenspa mattresses in the past with very good results. It was comfortable and now it isn’t. It’s awful. I was having a lot of back problems and was unable to sleep on my side from pain. I also purchased a 3 inch expensive foam topper. Now, it’s May and the mattress is just awful. It is poking me and I feel like the hybrid springs are not in alignment. I actually turn the mattress once a month so it has been evenly slept on. It wakes me up in the night with pain. Not sleeping very well. It’s not form it’s just squishy now. No more hybrid Linenspa mattresses for me. This one is going to Habitat!

Great support and comfort all in one mattress.
I was a little hesitant in ordering the medium firm feel as I did not want firmness without comfort also. I decided to get this medium feel and the firm and comfort are just right. Not to hard or to soft. I am 6' 1" and 235 lb and holds my weight just fine. I am mostly a side sleeper and have broad shoulders. Gives me the support I need without the pain of a mattress that is either to soft or to hard. This mattress in the medium is just the right support and has given me better sleep and relaxation.

Surprised and pleased by this spare mattress to be used on top ...
Surprised and pleased by this spare mattress to be used on top of a sofa bed mattress. Fast shipping; packed in a long skinny box but quickly gained its shape and with no smell once unpacked. Of course I do not know if it will retain its support after some use but initially it it what I hoped for and at an excellent price. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied with my purchase!
The softness is just right. It is indeed a medium firm mattress. It did puff out within 25 hrs. I slept on it on the first night. And still it was great even though I know that it still needs to puff out more. And now I'm on the second night and it was perfect!

So far so good. Certainly not a high end mattress but comfortable enough and great for the price.
As other reviews have said, this is a surprisingly good quality mattress. Can't beat the simplicity of ordering on Amazon and getting it in a day or two in a easy to move box. Setup was easy enough and the smell was not bad at all and didn't last very long. Mattress looks good and is fairly comfortable. I prefer firmer mattresses and this is certainly on the softer side but it still provided a good night's sleep. It does feel a bit cheaper because it is lighter weight and a bit more giving and soft. For the price it is more than adequate but don't expect a high end feel with this mattress. I wouldn't recommend it for two heavier adults as a daily long term bed, as it seems like it might settle or sink more than higher end mattresses - but maybe it won't. We have been using this mattress for several months now and it is holding up really well. For a guest bedroom or for smaller individuals this is a great mattress for the price. Will it last for another 10 years, time will tell but even if not the convenience, price and comfort make it a winner so far.
