can you please give the length measurement between the screw holes on both sides?

The measurement on the side with the door cut out is 45mm and the side on the carcase is 40mm. Hope this helps

I have these hinges on some wardrobe doors, one of the doors wont close fully, can the be adjusted?

Hi, there is just a small option for adjustment. The screw in the middle. But this might not be enough. WIth this hinge there are no other adjustments.

is this the same as a Blum face mount hinge

I am not an expert in this area but I would say that this hinge is a bit different from Blum face mount hinge. In my case i needed exactly this Hettich Special Hinge as the face mount hinge was not suitable for my kitchen door. It would not work as I bought this one.
