Cleans for scratch free lenses
These are the best for keeping my glasses clean. Very convenient and portable. Comes in different colors too.

Surprisingly this actually does work as well as traditional alternatives!
Remember to use the brush first, and these will actually perform as well as spray cleaner! My old go-to method (which works *perfectly*), dish soap and water followed by filtered water to prevent water spots, has also been unnecessary since I got this product a month or two ago. It's only just starting to get harder to use, probably because I forgot to use the brush once. It's a little bulky, especially compared to the SmartKlean for smart phones I've gotten since; but it would be hard to make the design any smaller, and it is compact, a bit smaller than a small spray bottle of cleaner. It's really so much more convenient than the alternatives. As someone who can't see without glasses and wears them all the time, I can definitely recommend this. I love that I'll be able to replace the pads instead of the whole thing, too. (I should've ordered from the official site for the extra spares.) Update Apr 13, 2025 (1 year later): I just replaced the pads, so they lasted about 365 uses, not 500, before the pads were worn down looking compared to new pads, and performing badly enough that I wanted to change them. So not quite as advertised, but still very good.

Good product if you want a different way to clean
Itโs an interesting concept for lens cleaning, but be careful! Really really make sure youโve brushed debris off before using the pads, as theyโll dig any solid particles on the surface into the lens. Definitely good for reaching into the corners/creases of full-frame lenses. The product does whatโs intended, but just be aware itโs maybe a bit more over-engineered than a simple cloth.

Worked Better Than Expected
There are four of us in my household, and we all wear glasses, all the time. We are constantly buying boxes of pre-moistened lens wipes, which is costly over time. It also means that my purse and glove box are full of wrappers I couldn't toss at the moment I needed to clean my glasses, and extra wipes. That was just part of life, until I saw this. Now, we can each have our own lens cleaner, a single item with no waste until after 500 uses. No more "Hey, mom, do you have a lens wipe?" No more making sure I have a couple in my bag before I leave the house, or packing them for vacation. No more! I have one in my purse, the kids can tuck it easily into a bookbag, and hubby can keep his in his truck for when he's out in the oilfield. This works for his safety glasses as well! We've had to be careful about chemicals. Of the four of us, there are three different types of lenses. Some of special coatings. Now I don't have to think about that when buying lens cleaner, because this doesn't have anything to harm the lenses. I'm a sucker for natural things, but there's really not an essential oil or herb that cleans lenses, so I'm happy to have this product for that reason as well. I love that this company chooses to help give the gift of sight. I do prefer to buy from companies who share my values, and I'm all about the freedom of giving to deserving people. My grandfather worked with the Lion's Club toward that end, and while I continue his work in other ways, I get to feel good about this purchase as well. This is so easy to use. Unlike the wipes, where you have to use a corner to dust off debris, then unfold to do one lens, then re-fold to do the other lens with a clean side of the wipe, this has two simple steps. Brush off debris with the brush, then swipe the lens with the little pinchers. That's the wrong word, but it's kind of like a large pair of cleansing tweezers. They clean well, too. I do a lot of work with things like coconut oil and cocoa butter, and I tend to forget what's on my hands and get it on my glasses. This takes care of the oily smudges as well as the alcohol wipes, but without alcohol. As a product tester, my first purchase of this item was made at a discount for the purpose of testing and review. To maintain my reputation and integrity, I do test and use any product I recommend, and do consider the full asking price of the item in my review. In this case, I'm sad that only the first one was discounted, because I like it enough to pay full price for more. I hope you found this information helpful, and that you'll click the "yes" button below if you did. Thank you!

Does Terrible Job of Cleaning Glasses
Peeps seemed like a more efficient alternative to the usual method of cleaning glasses- a lens cloth. However, in practice it is not nearly as effective as a cloth. Starting with the construction, the arms & brush are difficult to remove from the holder. You have to hold the two parts just right and pull hard. The retractable brush does not lock in place, so if you are not paying close attention when brushing, the brush will get pushed back into the handle, and you will โbrushโ the lens with the plastic handle. Carbon cleaning pads: they are not soft, so they will not conform to the curvature of the lens. The pads will pass right over areas of the lens without touching it while rubbing. If you press the arms hard enough, you can get the pads to deform enough to touch uniformly, but it takes a lot of work to cover the entire lens. When the pads do touch, they often just push the smudge around, rather than removing it. The instructions say when that happens, to breathe on the lens and try again. However, there were times when I breathed until I almost hyperventilated, and still couldnโt remove the smudges. Often, I ended up re-cleaning my lenses with a cloth after working on it with the Peeps, which defeats the whole purpose of replacing a cloth. The bottom line is that I abandoned the Peeps, and gone back to the cloth. I would have returned it, but I held on to them too long.

Donโt expect perfect lenses.
I am an absolute clean lens FREAK. Not having glasses my entire life until age 27 has made it very hard to get used to sometimes having specs or smudges in my vision. So I am a huge freak about keeping my glasses absolutely crystal clear as much as possible. I had seen these quite a few times through advertisements and finally decided to try it. It did seem to work pretty well with my old glasses but I got new glasses about a week after getting the peeps. I quickly came to realize it really doesnโt work as amazing as they claim. It does seem to remove skin oils and fingerprints pretty well and all, but it still leaves behind its own minor streaks and spots from the pads. I cannot for the life of me get a crystal clear wipe down from this after only having it a week. Iโm not saying itโs a bad item but Iโm just saying donโt expect this to be your magic answer to having super clean glasses because it definitely is not. I think it would be a good thing to have as a backup, maybe in a travel kit, perhaps something to keep in your car, etc. maybe for the average person wearing glasses that doesnโt care as much about minor imperfections, this could be good for. For me however it didnโt live up to the hype I had hoped. Just wanted to give real world feedback to anyone else who is looking for a solution to ultra clean lenses. By itself it isnโt the answer but its still a useful tool to have. I still like to use the little brush sometimes and use it to wipe off any heavy oils before I do a final wipe with my microfiber.

These really work and are easy to use
These are impressive. They are not cheap and there are knock-offs much less expensive. But as a believer in "if you pay more you get more" normally I went for the Peeps at $34 for 2 of them. After 2 days I have cleaned maybe 20 pairs of glasses, sun glasses and reading glasses. This thing really works, I am very impressed and will buy 1 or 2 more of them to just leave here and there for when needed. These work, I am not sure about the knock-offs.

Peeps eyeglasses cleaner.
I just got them yesterday, but I can give them a 5 star rating because I have purchased them before and they are terrific! Compact, portable, easy to use, long lasting! I would recommend them to anyone who wears glassesโ

Believe the hype
I got this after seeing it on an ad on social media. I was sceptical over the price since it obviously has a huge mark up but for the fact it works so well I guess it's ok. It doesn't feel like a premium item but does what it claims to do very well. The only question now is how long will it last. We shall see but it's way better than using smudgey cloths.
