Initially purchased size according to size chart and was too small. Re-ordered next size up and fits perfect. You should consider sizing up after taking measurement to prevent having to return and re-order. Keeps knee stable as described.

I've been struggling with a knee injury for about 1.5 years now and this significantly helped get me back on my feet because it prevents knee subluxation from giving my leg away. The only con I would mention is that the velcro is wearing down.

My left knee appeared to have an issue with knee maltracking. The product seemed to be helpful in preventing my knee from flaring up during the walk, but not always, I say, about 70%. Compared to other brands of braces it is noticeably better.

I used to have a slip-on "j"brace to help my patellafemoral syndrome. ..which I preferred as it stabilized my patella. This was the best option and most similar, but slips when I workout caused by sweat. Plus the multi-strapping takes too long and loosens after awhile.

Great Brace. Make sure you order two sizes up or you'll be sending it back. If you get the wrong size, you'll end up with bruises from the metal tracking strips that are in it. Overall, I have wore a lot of braces and this one is made so nice. Padding where you need it. It's comfortable too. It's also nice looking, it doesn't look like a big bulky brace for a handicapper like me...lol...I like how it's pretty, as pretty as a brace can be...lol. Now maybe I can walk a little further.LOL

The size chart was smaller than what is actually true. The knee brace was too tight. when I tried to return the package, the refund was never given to me and then the package got lost. So, I paid $100 for nothing.
