For a 5.7 height person, it would be ideal if the seat height can be adjusted , as well as the chest fly machine can be moved a little bit backwards, as to get a wider range of motion for the chest muscles. I negated it by adding 2 pillows to the back while doing chest press and fly. Otherwise a great product for home workout, given that you can train multiple muscle groups. I would recommend this.

Decent for back, legs, triceps, biceps. Poor for chest, shoulders. Must mention that delivery, installation & service reaction time is very quick & easy. The 2 stars are for the above. The rest - 1. Pushing a vertical handle 6 inches away on either side of the chest, isn't really a chest press. 2. Can't sit & do chest as it's a fixed seat only properly aligned if you're a particular height - not even slightly taller or shorter. One of their agents told me no home gyms come with an adjustable seat, but that's not true. A few do. I tried standing at just the right height, but the apparatus behind hits your head then. 3. The rod in the weights keeps coming out when trying to do shoulders with the low pulley with light weight (can't do that with heavy weights). Half my workout time goes in fixing this, & the stuck cable. And both are dangerous, as one's fingers could get hurt. 4. The low cable is already torn as it keeps coming off & getting stuck next to the pulley. 5. Lacks proper shoulder workout options. They kept telling me all this is because of going for a base model. But I couldn't upgrade even by paying the difference as I'd not retained the huge packaging by the time I realised all this. My bad. I'll get a better one next couple of years. But not this brand. Once bitten :)

First of all product reach on time for that i am thankfull to safexpress......But in terms of product there is no installation manual in the packet ,,,even if u want to install yourself.... and try to reach powrmax for installation no respond ...... And most frustrating thing porudct is completely different from the porduct they are showing in amazon .... even if u want installation yourself .....u have to be good knowledge of Home gym.....therewise
