The Chicken Shawarma seasoning is delicious! I slice a whole onion cut up skinless boneless chicken breasts a little cooking oil and the seasoning into a ziplock bag. Then mix it around in bag zip the bag and marinate in fridge for a couple of hours then onto cooking sheet into oven 350 for about 20-25 minutes omg amazing with a side of rice ❤️

Wonderful!!!
This spice mix is wonderful. I had shawarma chicken in Egypt and love to recreate it at home. There are lots of recipes online. Just substitute the spice mix for all the individual spices in the recipe. Enjoy!!!

A must try…
I had Shawarma Chicken recently at the Goat’s Beard, a restaurant in Manayunk PA. It was amazing. I spatchcocked a chicken and marinated it in shawarma spice, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil. I started it on the stove and finished it in a hot oven. I served it on a pita. Amazing and easy. Give it a try. If you don’t have knife skills use chicken thighs for a moist quick meal that will make you look like a professional.
