If ur showerhead screws open, you can use this!
I was looking for an economical way to use shower beads for filtration. This was my answer. If your showerhead unscrews, midway, you can use these beads without buying anything extra. They work in terms of the water being more gentle to your hair and skin. A soak feels better and is healthier. This was a good value. Easy to add to your showerhead. Functional and Durable beads - yes.

Glad I found these, Amazon quit caring the filter for my shower head and I wasn’t able to find one that would work, but these do. Gave 4 stars because they could be messy.

Enough to fill your showerhead
When I first open the package I thought the quantity was too small , but no it was just perfect with little left over. I did measure the baggies together and it was about 3.5 oz , if you have a shower head I do recommend weighing the balls and seeing if it would be enough. The balls were enough , I was able to fill my other shower head. I made an order of two

No instructions
The worst thing is there are no instructions as to how and when to change the beads.

THEY WORK
If you don't already have a shower head for the beads, they work so well and they make your skin feel so amazing! I live in Southern Ca. so the water isn't the best. My hair has changed to a softer texture and I haven't changed my generic shampoo or conditioner. I am black and mexican so i have that poofy, curly hair, it lays down so much easier now then it has in the past with hard water. Like the product does recommend, make sure to replace them every six months. You can tell the difference.

Make water nice and soft!
I love using these with my new shower head. We have well water and this softens the water well so I don't have the expense of a water softener. Change them out about every 6 to 8 weeks!

Best for hard water
Works well with hard water. Easy to be replaced as well. Filters the water well and could see some depositions in the beads while changing it every 3 months once.
