I have to replenish what is missing, cancer takes so much out of you, then treatments even more. I won’t absorb much of anything without Betaine HCI + Pepsin. Side effects are none to mild. Quality is good so I already have another bottle. Remember all, B-1 is your most important (hence the number) to have in your arsenal. All the B’s are in the capsule. You know they work because if you forget to take them your brain will remind you… “forgetting something?” Thanks
