Repeat purchase of the multi-tool - this time for two gifts. Excellent product, very lightweight and ideal for day rides. Arrived in two days from ordering - very impressive especially given the Christmas period and associated delays. Would highly recommend.

Functionality is were I have reduced a star. Some road bike components and computer mounts require smaller or larger hex sizes to tighten than what is included. The size of the tool is discrete and attaches well to the bike freeing up space in the tool bag for other essentials. Design is good and to be fair for such a compact tool they have packed quite a bit into it. Weight is very light and can easily be carried in pockets or on the bike with minimal weight. Only time will tell how easy it is to use.

Wonderfully designed and made in the UK! I haven't had the need to use it yet despite my chain coming off the rear sprocket a few hours before it arrived but I am sure it will be a lifesaver before too long. Compact, light and strong and easily attaches to the down tube for easy access.

I bought this a week ago to go with my son's new bike for his 13th birthday to enable him to be independent in his bike maintenance as he uses the bike regularly for cycling to school. Unfortunately within the first few days he's lost/had the blue cover taken off the tool and lost one of the tools. Very expensive for something that only lasted a couple of days 😕

I bought this as a present for my brother - he was delighted. Robust, useful and well made.

Not as good as "proper" tools, but that's not what this is for... it has helped me out once already when out and about, and the fact it is small and easily attaches to your bike with the elastic strap is a bonus.
