Sturdy and better than expected

These are the best bins I have ever found. Sturdy with heavy contents stacked six high and never a problem over the years.

These totes have not failed me during professional and personal moving endeavors. Below are some pros/cons to highlight the features- feel free to read a bit more about the spec(s) & definitely check out the Sterilite website if you're in search of videos of this product.Pros:• Firm handle clasps.• Strong interior.• Designed for latching and vertical stacking.• Deep tub that met described measurements.• Packaging was ideal paired with precautionary labeling for “Handle with care, fragile”.Cons:• None thus far.Additional notes:I would recommend airing them out to remove the “new smell”, should the purchaser(s) find it overpowering and/or to avoid having the items stored in the bins smell of the like.To those that complain about the bin(s) being fragile or breaking, it IS true that these bins are others of similar build are prone to breakage if a sharp object is stored inside and hits the edge, these are dropped from a significant height with enough weight inside, or their mishandled during packaging. These totes were great for moving from one house to another! They are made from heavy duty plastic and can definitely hold their weight without breaking. I used one of these totes to move all of my books (probably weighed close to 80 lbs) and it did not sag or break like most "heavy duty" totes would.

Great size, great price, and sizes stay the same size all the way down, like most others don't. Can get a lot into these.

15 gallon bins- Good for the price. Good bins for the garage but not even under a carport. They look like they are weather resistant, but I needed air-tight. My fault. I should have looked closer. There is no sealing lip at all, but the edges are made where rain will run off. The design would allow moist air in and mold would set in eventually. Plastic is about 3/32” thick and fairly flexible, but tough for its build. Good box, five stars if what you are looking for is an indoor or garage storage box. Even the trunk or back of a vehicle. Open air storage would render anything inside unusable after a few months if not kept in a climate-controlled setting.

These are great! They are made of thick plastic and are sturdy, they stack very easily, and the handles latch the lid on very securely. Perfect for storing stuff in your garage and keeping bugs and critters out.

I give the item 5 stars for the quality and sturdiness I have the 15 gallon size, but 0 stars on how long it took to arrive. I ordered it on December 24, 2025 and did not receive until March 3, 2026 - yes you read that correctly. I could not believe how long it took, and for that I was not happy about.

Excellent storage containers. I should have brought them years ago.

For around $20 each, I consider these good value.Not really heavy materials but not flimsy either.Closures are very good and stay closed securely.Stack well.Some plastic odour initially but dissipated after a couple of days outside.Wish they came in nice bright colors but that doesn't seem to be an option for any storage totes anymore.Recommended!Helpful votes are always appreciated!😏
