Great machine. I waited until I had used it well over a dozen times to make sure there were no issues. It works well, is reasonably quiet, compared to a blender, and is super easy to clean. When I receive it I had two of the same filters, I contacted customer support and they shipped one of each filter to me and I had them in less than a week. It was a minor inconvenience and customer support was very easy to contact and work with. One phone call and I had two additional filter bags and another butter mold as a way to apologise for the inconvenience. That kind of customer support is a nice change from most things and mistakes happen. The clean feature makes it easy to remove fine plant material. The controls are easy to use and navigate.

I have now made butter and coconut oil both infused, it was easy to follow and easy to create some delicious infused products

Definitely worth the money

This is one high powered infuser the only problem is that it grinds the contents so well it creates a slurry that is hard to get the oil out of, however that was the only issue as all my infusion came out potent just didn't realize it would pulvarize the flower so well.

Delivered 03/03/2021. Died today 06/25/2021, Used once to make butter back in March. Attempt to use it today and no lights, no sound, no movement. A plastic part of the handle at the top near the electric connector is separated due to UNK cause. Ive had three similar machine from different companies. This one worked well the only time it worked. Very disappointing.. Update: The seller sent me an email and offered to resolve my issues by sending a replacement unit. Impressive customer service to say the lest from a company that stand behind their product.

Does exactly what it is advertised to do

This is so easy to use and clean. Takes up little space and ver quiet while using. I usually make my butter with a pan but with this my butter and tincture turned out the best it’s ever have before! I highly recommend this machine. No pun intended 😂😂😂

I used 2.5 cups of Everclear and 28g of 22%thc flower to make a tincture... The automatic blending is very loud and continuous throughout the infusion process. (Optional functional switch off?) The infuser never worked with 2 cups of liquid so I had to use an extra .5 cup. When added the .5 cup extra when the machine would blend it would spill over onto the side. Made far too much mess and faff to replace traditional methods! I think this item has really great potential and hopefully in the future we can see an improvement with maybe a lockable lid? Variable speed on the blade? Stop blending all together? Programmable setting mode? Hopefully V2 is better

Great value, comes with helpful equipment. The molds, strainer, and gloves are all good quality and the machine itself works without a hitch so far. The cookbook recipes we've tried have been good. As long as it lasts (we've used it about four times now), this product seems as good as the best on the market.

The machine stopped working mid cycle, it never worked since.

The voltage is wrong for the Uk. Subsequently it stopped working after 5 mins and burnt out. This product should have never been sold for use in the UK, a very expensive mistake
