I love garlic, but do just some current gut issues I'm not allowed to have garlic or even powdered garlic. I was told I can have garlic infused extra virgin olive oil. So I gave this a try. It definitely had a strong garlic taste. I was worried it wouldn't taste like much. Definitely has saved my meals and made them less boring. I'm so happy this was suggested to me. I love that this one is organic and first cold press. Also there's no actual garlic still sitting in it which is great. I've seen some at stores where they're still pieces of garlic in the oil. I definitely plan on buying this again.

Good flavor in this oil. My bottle was quite strong and the aroma filled the kitchen; however, I liked it fine. I like using it in and on focaccia bread. It tastes wonderful. Easy garlic bread. Sometimes I don't need the olive oil, but love the garlic, so, I bought their toasted nuggets. It is just garlic and olive oil and digestable for sensitive stomachs. Great addition when you need the flavor. Would buy again.

This garlic infused olive oil is a great alternative for recipes with garlic. Very flavorful, no weird smell, texture is just like regular olive oil. I appreciate that it’s infused and without chunks of garlic in the bottle. The only improvements would be an easy pour spout instead of a normal twist off top because it does take some patience to get the right amount without overdoing it and for it to be a little cheaper.

I have IBS and can't eat garlic, but have no problem at all with this garlic infused olive oil. It's nice to get the garlic flavor once in awhile and the benefits of garlic without the stomach issues. Solid value for the money in top quality. Will continue to buy.
