Simple Mills Almond Flour Banana Muffin and Bread Mix, 1pk, 9oz

Will be trying this soon. I must give this dessert a solid 5 stars for its use of healthy ingredients. I was confident that it wouldn’t disappoint. They’ve simplified the instructions to make the cooking process enjoyable. While I wish it wasn’t as expensive, I managed to get it during a sale. It’s definitely worth the price, and every bite is delicious.

These muffins are amazing. I always make them in my mini muffin tin and they turn out amazing every time. I love that these are healthy and don’t have any bad ingredients. You wouldn’t expect such a healthy mix to taste so good. I can make around 28 mini muffins each time and they are gone so quick! My whole family loves them!

I bought this mix to make for a dessert or breakfast item to go along with a meal for a friend who is gluten free. I just doubled the entire meal for my family. These muffins were a hit with both my friend and my own family. They were so good, I was afraid they would be chalky or dense but the texture was perfect. I would definitely buy again.

If you are changing to a clean and healthy diet but still want an occasional sweet, this is a great go to and is simple to make.

As part of the almond community, as a way to watch my waist, especially as flour and gluten products don’t help with a slimmer skinnier figure, this is my go to for non-gluten edibles that are satisfying. I tend to add extra Ceylon cinnamon, and I go with Morton and Bassett’s brand. I also pre-freeze more mature big bananas and then add to the mix for a really tender texture. It’s an easy mix, and I bake it usually as loaves and share the slices, or make muffins to enjoy on a 1-2-1 basis. It can be a pricey investment but it is worth it for me for its healthiness.

Tried this today for a Banana Bread and it was good. I followed the directions, but added an overripe banana that I had in the freezer. I always save them, when they get a little too dark to eat. You don't need it, but if you do have an extra one, it adds even more flavor. I did sprinkle a little cinnamon and nutmeg on top and put some walnuts in it. I recommend this mix. I usually make my own, but for something quick, it's good. Thank you for reading my review.

This baking mix: I purchased the Banana Muffin, are incredible! It took me a bit to bake them because I have serious health issues. I thought it would be a lot of work (for me) to prepare and bake them. I was really craving something sweet so I sat down on my counter, gathered all the supplies and, I only needed a whisk to mix. No electric, heavy or cumbersome equipment needed. I had previously purchased several silicone baking molds, which I used. After I mixed the baking mix, I used a spoon to fill the silicone baking molds. I put all the molds (approximately 18-20) on a baking sheet, previously preheated the oven to 350. The muffins were ready in about 25 minutes. I put them (still in the silicone mold) in a Ziploc bag in the fridge. They were gone in 2 days, still fresh.? I can't begin to describe how moist and delicious these muffins are. You get three boxes, so I'm making more today. I might purchase the different flavor, although I absolutely LOVE the “Banana Muffin.” I highly recommend this product!!

I love the Simple Mills mixes and use this Banana mix often. I mash up and mix in 2 bananas and it gives the muffins a moist, delicious taste. Everyone loves them!
