Can this material be ironed?

I don't think it would be wise. It's like a soft Naugahyde. I think a hot iron would melt it. If you are trying to remove a crimp, I would lay a damp towel on the back of the fabric and iron over the towel , like steaming.

Yes it does come as one piece. Remember to lay it out flat to get wrinkles out or use a hair dryer on low heat.

How did you get Creases out from being folded while shipping?

It comes in a roll, mine did not have any heavy creases. You might try lying it flat and putting weight on it like heavy book or something else.

Is the coffee color a football color or should I get the brown
