I needed a replacement nosepiece for my P10 headgear, and this one fits perfectly. The small size works just right for me and gives a secure fit without feeling tight. small was still too big for me though the price was MUCH better than buying from Ochsner Medical Supply who always sneaks something I don't want or need in the order and won't let me return it. CPAP is a royal pain and I finally gave up on it because the mask leaked or was so big I couldn't sleep with it on.

Perfect fit for p10 and my p11.

I have tried some off-brand versions of these nasal pillows and these are absolutely superior. They hold their shape better, meaning more comfort and less leaking. I wish they weren't so expensive but it's worth the money for a better night's sleep.

I prefer the guaranteed alignment this has over the N30 pillow. It works really well if you don’t wear it too tightly or rub your face into your pillow.The reason for 1 star off is because even when I wear it without issue, my nose will chafe after a week unless I use some lotion about every other night where it sits. This also requires more frequent deep cleaning due to the layered nose pillows compared to the N10 and N30 systems.

It does NOT fit the ResMed Air Sense 11 as stated in the description and by asking Alexa!!

My wife says that it works very well.
