They do save you buying a new printer too early
I thought my printer was going to cost a fortune to repair or replace because I could not get yellow to print regardless what i tried. I red a forum suggesting replacing this part and wammo my printer once again prints yellow. it is a bit of a pain to replace as to its location. this repair is not for the non mechanically inclined person. but if you have the patience and the guts to tear into your $6000.00 printer to replace a under $10.00 part. it will save you thousands.
