Wow, I just rated the other one & I forgot the name. Anywho! Try this with this other mushroom powder! It works! I started making my own mud water with this one & the other mushroom powder & holy cow! The quality is amazing, taste is amazing, it relaxes you so, for me yes it helped with pain relief, it’s easy to use, has nutrients & health benefits (would recommend asking your doctor & doing your own research). On top of all that, this lasts you a long, long, long time. It’s quite a decent amount that it lasted almost a month, & thats including me drinking at least once or twice a day. I was convinced to try adding some to my coffee. I don’t like messing with my coffee, but I was extra stressed due to certain circumstances, so I decided to try it. At first the flavor was not good or bad, just different. But by the end of the cup, I decided I really liked it. It adds a rich, earthy flavor and now my coffee tastes like it is missing something without it. Does it help with the effects of my stress. Idk but a delicious cup of coffee can certainly help me feel better in the moment.

My favorite powder for smoothies but the bag no longer zips it breaks off easily. Even still I bought another bag.

I don't drink alcohol so I put this in my mocktails and it makes me feel super calm.

Just started using it and so far love it ! It’s easy to mix unlike other brands I’ve used . I hardly taste it in my coffee which is awesome . Doesn’t upset my stomach. And is a great price . Hoping for energy levels to rise and stress reduction to happen as I have two littles running around .

This arrived 20 minutes ago. I mixed about 1 1/2 large tspns in with a café mocha. I have drank maybe 1/3 of it so far. I came here immediately to write this review. Does that tell you anything? This stuff is the real deal. You can barely taste the powder itself. I notice the consistency more than any taste. It isn't unpleasant. It is simply notable. The effects? MUCH more than notable. I know nothing about herb cultivation, purity, potency, etc. What I DO know is I feel absolutely incredible...calm and focused...relaxed and energized...all at the same time. Plus some. I very seriously doubt I'll be able to drink more than 2/3 of this tonight. It is legit that effective. You'll know you're drinking it, that's for sure. No need for expensive supplement capsules. This stuff is more than a bargain for the amount and the efficacy. Amazing product.
