Great lardons, don't lose alot of water while cooking. Crisps up very nicely on high temps.

BIG lardons
These surprised us by their size - much bigger than lardons bought anywhere else. I think this is to allow people to be able to have stick shape or cube shape lardons as they wish? It inspired us to uses these as stew meat, whole, and the flavour was fantastic. Might do that again.
