Great phone, I'm in love with it!

This phone was junk from the start. The right side of the touch screen was extremely difficult to deal with. All keys and icons on that side required multiple touches or taps and lots of pressure with or without a screen protector. It was essentially non-functional for a right-handed person. I had to use my left hand for most touches and taps. The screen went black after a light drop even with a screen protector and a rugged phone case. I have never had that happen before either. Buy elsewhere. This "refurbish" was not done very well at all.

Got this so my Son would have a newer phone. Despite being a Samsung, it is SLOW!. the touch screen is laggy and you need to tap it repeatedly at times to get it to accept an input. I do appreciate that it does have a micro SD card slot so you can add external storage. The camera does do a good job and the screed is high quality. While I personally don't want it for myself because of how much I use my phone for my job, it is a good low-budget smartphone for teenagers and other young adults.

The phone looked great but had operational issues. I contacted the seller and was shipped another phone. Fantastic customer service. Don't hesitate to buy from them.

I bought this phone twice and it works great for the price. The screen is bright and colorful, the performance is good for daily use, and the camera is decent. Battery life could be better, but overall it’s a solid renewed phone and a good value.
