I love this stuff! I’ve tried OTC and prescription stool softeners and laxatives, pre and probiotics, all the diff powders from health stores, teas, epsom salt, DIY drinks, etc. and I would get results for a week or two but after that.. nothing. I already have a mild problem with elimination in general but I’ve been on a medication that makes it 100x worse. Well it’s been well over two months and I’m still going strong when I use this stuff! I’ve tried other brands but this stuff has the best taste.. tastes mostly like nothing which is great! It mixes better than other brands. Doesn’t clump as bad and dissolves better than others. I make a jelly with juice, lemon, chia seeds and this stuff overnight and eat it with my yogurt. Tastes decent nothing to write home about but it produces results! I also drink three teaspoons in a bottle water midday. I haven’t cooked with it yet but I wouldn’t have any hesitations. So if you have probs in that area.. this is a excellent choice in my book! Hopefully it works for you too!!

This stuff is amazing. It's a substantial improvement over the red label as it's easier to drink and only requires the use of 1 teaspoon to be effective.

Absolute best psyllium husk I've ever had, very fine and the taste/ smell is good and very effective. I take it with a small cup of apple sauce, sometimes with a sprinkle of cinnamon or without. This brand will definitely be my go to.

i dont usually write reviews, but hear me out. this stuff is the best.. i used this for a year, then switched to another brand and now im coming back. hand down the best psyllium husk on the market.. best poops ever with a clean wipe!!!

This gives me the fiber I need. I give it 4 stars due to the difficulty getting it to mix well in the water. I do find that cold water works best.

I've been buying this product for about 10+ years. A year or so ago they changed the formula. How can you say it's the same formula, when it looks diff, tastes diff, and gives different outcomes? What a joke. I won't buy a product that no longer works the same.
