Pros: It’s a workhorse; large disk drive, useful for business/school. Fast. Durable. Cons: Fan runs a lot. Not a great graphics card.

Perfect for what I need.
I am VERY happy with this unit. It immediately connected to my wifi and started its initial run. It is so fast. It will be perfect for my school and work use. The box was dented when I received it but the interior package was perfect and the computer was perfect. Love it.

BAD BATTARY
I WAS SUPRISE TO SEE THE RESULTS SPECIALLY FOR BRAND NEW LAPTOP. AFTER I WAITED TO LONG TO GET THE DELIVERY, I FOUND THE BATTARY DOSENT HOLD POWER FOR MORE THAN 45 MINUTES AT THE MOST WITH A FULL CHARGE. I WAS SO ANGRY COUSE IT TOOK ME COUPLE OF DAYS TO ARRAGNE THE LAPTOP TO FIT MY BUSINESS NEED. I WILL NOT BUY ANY ELECTRONICS FROM AMAZON AT ALL.

So far nothing wrong but the manufacture label on the bottom says 2025 and the model is a Dell16. So not a 2026.

I am not a fan of writing reviews but when a seller deserves it I gotta do it! First I want to say that I received my laptop a day sooner than expected! Which was great for me because I was able to get to work right away. I was happy when I opened the box it was really well packaged and the laptop was in perfect condition. Once I opened the laptop box I saw how beautiful the laptop looks and even more when I started setting it up and noticed the clarity of the screen and better yet how responsive it is to use the touch screen. I fell in love with it and Dell is a great product overall. I definitely recommend purchasing from this seller. A+
