Good price good quality 4ft barbell is perfect for a small apartment gym, I'm 5ft 4 myself and have no issues even squatting with it .

7 foot to long
The 6 foot version of this was perfect but the 7 foot just seemed to long at the top of my lifts the bar was shaking and the weights at the end were bouncing up and down. The 7 foot bar doesn’t seem to be able to keep straight when there is lots of weights on the end and isn’t stable atall. I wouldn’t recommend

Nice bar
I like the bar i wanted something to fit more plates as my 4ft is about to become outgrown. Only reason for the 4stars is the hand gripped parts are too far apart for someone thats 5ft3
