Can you get refills for the ink for this pen?

I hadn't thought of this when I bought the personalise pens, and after sourcing through the company website it did say;- Any Parker Pen Cartridge. I hope this helps;-)

Can this be ordered with red ink instead of black - so it can be used for marking work?

It’s only black. But, you can buy red refills and change them. They’re only like Parker refills. Easy to do, took me about 50 seconds.
