Great tool and it actually works.
I know many of you have use the old PVC pipe method when rebuilding your motorcycle's forks to drive in the fork seals. Well I tried that and it was too risky to take a chance of damage seals. The tool came without any instructions, but at this level. Do you really need instructions? I even tried the grinding down a small brass punch and push the seal down into the recessed space of the fork. Read a lot of reviews for this tools and I was a bit skeptical myself. Well I took a chance and got the tool. After trying the old method for an hour I gave up and took a chance and order this tool. Well it came and it literally took me about 10 minutes to properly seat the seal down into the upper fork legs. The trick is to slowly slide the split hammer collar down while turning the 3 plastic finger around the seals. Once the seal goes down into the groove evenly. That's when you use a bit of more force to slide the heavy collar down. As you slide the collar down with some medium force, you rotate the 3 fingers so that you can evenly drive the self in evenly. It took about 15 slide and the seal finally was seated and I put in the snap ring in and voila. Took me about a total of 30 minutes for both legs taking my time with even pressure. The tool actually works and the seal isn't damage or nicked anywhere. There's no signs or marks on the seal itself. Great tool and definitely worth the money spent. The collar has a nice weight to it and has two pins to lock itself in place while there's a plastic sleeve to protect the fork sliders. No issues and the tools feels sturdy and should last many years for those DIY mechanic who likes to work on their bikes.

Good!
Works well! Used on my KYB 46mm forks. Use a zip tie to keep the slide hammer together and let er eat. I tried to adjust the points of contact with the little screws but they were stripped from the factory lol. Loose as a goose but they still clamped onto the fork good enough.

Works and it’s cheap
Little awkward to use but works well. For the price can’t hardly complain.

Too small for 49mm forks
Too small for 49mm forks, the two peices dont connect properly, would work fine for a smaller fork.

Good proudct
Good product , Don't be too harsh on it unless you're sure it's in place. It works just fine.

A Total Waste Of Money
This "adjustable" fork seal driver is a worthless piece of junk. I bought it to drive in 48mm fork seals on WP forks on a KTM. The adjustable part does not fit down in between the tube and fork leg to drive the seal in. Also, the driver part has plastic strips on the inside that prevent the driver from gliding up and down the fork leg smoothly. They cause friction and prevent you from sliding the driver like you need to to be able to hit the seal with any force, but not that it matters if the part that touches the seal won't go between the fork leg and tube. It does however make a decent paperweight because that is all it's good for. It is junk.

Works amazing!
I’ve replaced 10 pairs of fork seals this year and I finally got tired of using PVC pipe or being careful with a tap as to not damage the seals. This tool made quick work of my last install installing both seal and dust cover in 2 seconds. So glad I finally broke down and purchased the right tool for the job.
