Good for hot, excellent for cold beverages. Feels good in-hand, easy to hold and fits in cup holders. The size and shape are perfect for the several Keurig machines I've used it with. You can fill your glass with ice, use the iced function, and have just enough room to add your cream, honey or other favorite condiments. Having the cork band means you do not have to worry about burning or freezing hands. There are only two little issues I could find to pick on. 1) the lid can leak at the hole in it's center where the sliding cover unlocks for cleaning, but only with hot beverages, not with cold. 2) hot beverages don't stay hot as long as I'd like, even with the lid on (after all, it's glass, not vacuum sealed aluminum). These two small trade-offs are worth the benefit of reaction-free and flavor-neutral glass. This has become my favorite mug, used daily! One request, please offer a royal blue 💙 lid. Go Cubs!

I've owned this cup for about nine years, and from a durability standpoint it's been excellent. The glass is thick and sturdy, the lid fits well, and I've never had any issues with leaking. It feels like a thoughtfully designed product rather than a disposable accessory pretending to be reusable. When we first bought this cup and a pair of the smaller KeepCup tumblers, we were very careful with them. Because of the cork band, we hand washed everything and treated them much more delicately than our other drinkware. That didn't last long. Eventually convenience won, and everything started going through the dishwasher. I expected the cork sleeve or lid to suffer, but surprisingly they've held up remarkably well. After years of dishwasher cycles, I haven't experienced any significant issues with either component. What I like: * durable glass construction * quality lid * no leaking issues * cork sleeve has held up better than expected * dishwasher use hasn't caused problems * still looks good after years of ownership The reason I'm not quite as enthusiastic about it today as I was when I bought it has less to do with the product and more to do with how the market has changed. When I purchased this, insulated stainless steel tumblers weren't nearly as common as they are now. Today there are countless high-quality insulated options available at reasonable prices, and I find myself reaching for those more often than the KeepCup. My wife still regularly uses the smaller versions for coffee, but I usually grab a stainless tumbler when heading out the door. For my habits, the insulation and durability of something like a Yeti-style cup have simply become more appealing. That doesn't make this a bad product. Quite the opposite. The fact that I'm still using it nearly a decade later says a lot about the quality. My advice is simply to think honestly about how you prefer to drink your coffee or other beverages. If you enjoy the experience of drinking from glass and want a well-made reusable cup, this is an excellent option. If you already find yourself gravitating toward insulated stainless tumblers, you may end up doing what I did and reaching for those more often. Either way, this has proven to be a quality purchase that has held up exceptionally well over the years.

Love it, wish I would have bought I sooner. I’d been eyeing this tempered glass keep cup for my everyday travel cup for a few years. It’s hand wash only, the top comes apart easily. Holds temperature like any other glass cup would and does condensate when you use a cold beverage. Size is perfect for me.

This cup is the first that feels perfect in my hand, and finally helped me quit a very expensive Starbucks habit. It keeps my coffee as warm as any other travel mug I’ve ever used, but since it’s glass it can actually be thoroughly cleaned and doesn’t retain any odor. I feel like the stainless steal mugs always have an after odor. The lid is plastic, but durable. I saw some reviews saying that the cup leaks, and it does, unless the top is fully and evenly pushed down. I had to be careful in the beginning, but now it’s a habit, I don’t even think about it anymore. I love the cork band, definitely protects my hand! It doesn’t go in the dishwasher, but it’s not hard to wash. Definitely recommend.

This cup is, first and foremost, very beautiful. Although this might seem unimportant, it makes drinking out of it much more enjoyable, and I remember to buy drinks in it more often (at least before COVID happened). I also like that, if you remove the plug, there's a hole big enough to insert a boba straw (which again lends itself to the "getting take-out beverages in it"), which is actually the main reason why I chose to buy this against its competitors. I also like that it is easy to repair, as Keep Cup sells the different parts on its website to prolong its lifespan. In terms of ethics, I like that Keep Cup is both a B Corp and part of 1% for the Planet. There are quite a few shortcomings in terms of functionality, but they don't bother me personally. If you care about any of the listed below, you should not buy this cup: - not thermally insulated, loses heat similarly to a ceramic mug - is a bit heavy - is also not super durable, since it's made of glass (I have been very careful to not drop it) - is NOT leak-proof, and will leak if the cup is placed on its side - the lid is a bit difficult to take off (would not recommend taking the lid off while there's a beverage inside as it would cause the liquid to splash) - must be hand-washed (DO NOT REMOVE THE CORK. In the beginning, whenever I washed the cup, I noticed that the cork would slip off. However, as time progressed, the cork band began to tighten) - the cork band is a little higher than where the hand would naturally rest (not conducive if you plan on drinking a lot of hot drinks) Overall, I have enjoyed my experience using the cup but I can see how its limited functionality could be a deal breaker to some.

I really do love this cup. Was turned to it by Lead Free Mama. The cork ring lets you hold onto the cup without having to touch the glass and get hot or cold or wet. The lid has a closure that works well, I’ve dropped it a few times and it doesn’t spill with the thing closed, also pretty durable. But please make sure the lid is on all the way. I went to pick it up in the car and only grabbed the lid and it wasn’t secure and spilled everywhere. Also, it says not to remove the cork ring, but if water gets trapped under there it can start growing green mold. It can get damp and be ok, and if you do have to remove it to clean the ring and under it, I found it’s easier if it’s damp, to come off or go back on. It is a cup made for someone who is willing to spend that little extra time on it, but worth it imo. It is not an insulated cup tho. It will not keep your drink same temp. I drink iced lattes and don’t mind if the ice melts before I finish it.

I've faithfully used my beloved glass KeepCup for over 3 years now. The reviews that are claiming this breaks easily must be just dropping this on the ground. OF COURSE it's going to break if you drop it. It's made of glass. I've been very careful with mine and therefore it's still in great condition after years of heavy use. It's gone to hundreds of coffee shops and been handled by many baristas, and it's still in tact. The cork has started to look a bit rough and the white logo print on the bottom has started to wear off, but those are things I assumed would happen after a few years. I love this company so dearly as they are one of the brands that really kickstarted my zero waste journey. Their interchangeable parts are so unique and I've collected quite a few over the years. I can't imagine using any other coffee cup. You just need to be aware that you're purchasing a fragile glass cup that is not leak proof. Treat it with love and care and it'll last you a very long time.

I love this cup. Like all travel cups, it drips onto your shirt when you sip, so it's best to use the top for when you're moving around and then take it off to actually sip. I LOVE the cork thing, which I also use for regular glasses if I want to put hot liquid in a regular glass.

My old one shattered when i dropped it on concrete so i purchased a new one. this is my daily driver cup. Perfect size for a cup of coffee. Baristas love when I bring this cup in to the cafe and i always get asked about where I got it.

Dieser KeepCup ist bereits mein zweiter. Den Vorgänger habe ich über einige Jahre täglich benutzt. Klar ist er nicht auslaufsicher, aber es ist unglaublich angenehm, aus dem Aufsatz zu trinken (egal ob zu Hause oder von unterwegs). Zudem lässt er sich gut verschließen, wenn man ihn unterwegs in der Hand hält oder nach dem Trinken in der Tasche verstauen möchte. Auch dann kommen die letzten kleinen Tropfen idR nicht raus. Der KeepCup (egal aus Kork oder insulated/aus Edelstahl) nach wie vor mein Lieblingsbecher. :)

コーヒーを主に飲むので、汚れにくいものを探していました。見た目も素敵で、使っていると「それ、いいね！」とよく言われます。コルクの部分が外せないので、使っていくうちに汚れないのか。。。？心配で星を一つ減らしています。
