Great product
As I am working from home, and kids schooling from home during COVID I needed to buy another laptop for the house. Everyone was fighting over the only one in the house. I took a bet on this one, and didn’t know what to expect as it’s always hard to know when buying online. I am really pleased, and reminds me of my wife’s Mac Book Air but much cheaper than a Mac. Despite being thin, it’s made of metal and feels sturdy and good to type with. It’s starts up quick. I am most pleased with the Full HD gloss screen which is a pleasure to view YouTube etc. The speakers are decent, and I was surprised it even had USB-C which I wasn’t aware of along with other connection options. Would recommend this laptop. Thanks Amazon.

Worth the price, would get again
Very nice for a non-mainstream brand, was as described and fast to boot

Poor quality
Very disappointed with this machine. The fan was very noisy from the start, and the software reported that it was not activated, and tried to licence as pro which it was not. Only one USB which is pretty useless these days. Also could not get it to boot from USB which I tried to do to reload windows when the recovery partition gave me the same issues. I tried everything to fix this computer but in the end returned for a refund. Shame really as it looked quite tidy.

A few issues but OK for a cheaper machine.
Cursor can be difficult to control - I’m not sure if this a fault or just a characteristic of this laptop. It can result in clicking on things you don’t want to. Speed is fine. Position of the lid is a little loose at a particular point but this isn’t a big issue.

More of an Ultrabook than a laptop!
Really impressed with the quality of the screen and there is plenty of storage for all my files and photos. The device looks very premium and gives my girlfriends mac book a run for its money with its slimline profile and metal finish! Initial impressions are very positive.

The computer does not work
I brought two of these computers, they turned up on two different days. I fired one up set it up, and it worked fine. The other one started working working i tried to down load a programme on it, and it said no this is the wrong system. I then done a factory reset and it worked. Then after about 5 mins it stopped working. The red light comes on when you plug the charger in the mains, when you turn it on the blue light comes on, but nothing happens. So i request a refund and would like you send me a label to post it back.

Good lap top for price
Great laptop for the price. Use mainly for zoom online classes and the camera is decent enough.
