Glad I ordered the 11" baskets -- lucky for me my typical breads are about 600 grams before baking.... Thought these might still be on the small side... But turned out perfect..... The baskets are well made no signs of someone it count chipping.... I think it's a great value....2 baskets, 1 lame with extra blades and a small bowl scraper. Very well worth it ... Would recommend and buy again

This product is great for getting that oval shape to baked breads. Comes with all the items you need to make that perfect loaf of home-made bread. Just make sure to use the provided liner cloth so you can easily extract the bread dough. This is a great price for all the items you get to start cooking your own bread at home. Recommend.

There is nothing I could complain about this product. I bought it for myself (not as a gift, but this can be an excellent gift!) - I just needed two baskets for the two breads I was about to bake the next day. The baskets are very well made, the cloths are great, too. The addition of lame and blades is a huge plus. I highly recommend the baskets and the seller team (they reach out to you after the purchase offering additional tips as to the maintenance of the baskets, and just showing that they are there for you if you need any help with their product. It kind of shows that they really care about their clients, their product, and, well, their business. A+++

The basket worked well for making an extra loaf of sourdough in my corningware baking dish. I was pleasantly surprised by a few extra pieces of equipment within my order including a brush for cleaning and a dough whisk (which I didn't know I needed but love!). Would recommend!

These baskets are really nice quality and the scraper and scoring tools are a nice bonus. You can never have too many scoring blades or dough scrapers. So I purchased the 11 inch which ended up being too long for our 5 qt dutch ovens so the owner of this company sent me the 10 inch at no cost. It was my mistake but they took great care of me. No question I'll be purchasing from Criss Elite in the future.

Overall, this is great value for the price. It comes with two baskets already sleeved and a really nice razor tool with a bunch of extra razor blades. That razor handle surprised me since it was actually good quality and looked nice. While the baskets were fine, I did notice that some of the wooden strips were broken. They did not compromise the overall structure of the basket, but it is noteworthy, I presume some more might crack in the future due to temperature fluctuations and given that the quality of the wood is not the best. I do believe that if you get one with all the wooden pieces in-tact, to season them well as to prevent them from cracking.

The baskets serve me on a weekly basis. After purchasing the round ones I have also acquired the oval ones and they are both easy to use and made my sourdough much better.

A lovely kit with all the tools you'd need for sourdough, and to my amazement, these made a huge difference to the quality and ease of producing lovely loaves. An excellent kit, and very well worth the investment!

It was nice , but the second basket is too small.
