First one I received only worked a couple of times but I got a replacement and it has worked great !!

So, wow! Who ever came up with this invention. I tilt my hat to you. I wish I would have discovered this sooner. I am usually avoiding the traditional disposable douches, because of how it make me feel afterwards. They will typically have the tip sharp, and I feel like I get scraped every time and for whatever reason I feel like I damage my insides every time I squeeze all that pressure out of the bottle. So there’s no way to confirm you went too fast until it’s over and you feel exhausted. Anyhow, this product cuts prep time in half for those of you who are using this for a intimate reasons or even just to clean yourself up. It was super gentle when the water came out and I can totally tell a difference from this one as opposed to the disposable one. The pressure is not too intense, and I feel that I got a good wash up. I’m definitely comfortable with this purchase and the experience. I might purchase a second one today just because I really am excited and hope nothing goes wrong with this one. It charges easy. It comes with the cord but not the wall plug. So you’ll need one of those. My only shocker is that I wasn’t expecting the bulb to be so large but I understand why. The insert is like a soft rubber material that glides in perfect. So I would recommend a good lube closer to a Vaseline texture. It goes in super smooth You’re not even using all of the water, but it sure helps not to keep refilling. I’m grateful I finally found something that works. I’m honestly not easily impressed, but this one? It’s a go y’all! Fasho!!!! I really hate that the very few people with low stars didn’t get this same experience. 🤕

So i got this last week. It looks nice as i expected so i charged it full and wanna try to see how it works. Follow the instruction and this thing work well I was super excited because i found my favorite enema to use. However after using it for two times, today i take it out to use it again but it doesn't work. I thought the battery ran out and i already feel not happy because i only use it two times and the battery went out already? So i hook it up and start to charge but the signal not even on?? this thing isn't even charged anymore. I am really mad now. It doesn't even last for a week?????? if i pay this much for an enema, i expect better outcome. This is such a disappointed, now i don't know what to do with this, send them back? ew no, finding someone to fix it? i don't think anyone would be happy to do that. THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

This enema is fast, easy, and perfect. Although my enema stopped working after some uses, the cleaning process is made easier and more efficient. The water pressure from the nozzle is pretty good and comfortable. The nozzle material is smooth to alleviate cuts and injury.

I use this about an hour or so before using a prostate massager. Doing this has 2 benefits:1) The prostate massager gets much less feces on it (frequently none at all). Of course you should still clean any of these thoroughly after use.2) Because you have cleaned out the feces there should be a stronger vibration sensation since there is nothing between the massager and the tissue/nerves.If you are going to turn it to spray all of your insides as one reviewer suggested, don't forget to lube where the anus will be after insertion, or it will be uncomfortable as you turn it.TWO PROBLEMS:FIRST: It is hard to find the power button by sight or feel, especially if you do what one reviewer suggested which was to turn it around as it is operating so that your insides are thoroughly washed. Here is the solution I came up with: I put a spot of red nail polish on the silver rim, just under where the power button is. I then put another spot at the bottom of the plastic water bottle. This way I can see where the power button can be found--just go straight up from the red dot of nail polish.SECOND: Turn it OFF before the water bottle is empty or you will pump air inside you. ALSO: Before you lube up and inset it, run it in the tub/shower (don't use the sink because it will spray everywhere) until water starts coming out to get rid of any air in the line.

This thing works but it needs a new design.Negatives:- The large water reservoir gets in the way. Its size makes the whole process awkward. Needs to be re-engineered- This design increases chance of "making a mess" as you can't use it upside down, or else the pump won't work- the power button is hard to find and hard to push when it's covered in lube. Would prefer a wireless remotePositives:- while awkward, it does work- the varied speed option is nice- the silicone pee-pee thing is sized just right (not too big for those that are tight)Overall: would not buy again

Life changing tool. So easy to do a quick or a thorough cleanse. Much easier than the bag and hose or the bulb ones. Very easy to clean. The battery lasts a long time. I've probably used it 20 times and still on the original charge.

Mind you, when this worked it WORKED. It has multiple settings and really only required 2-3 uses to get you totally squeaky clean. In terms of efficiency, it was the best.That said, it was really awkward to use because the button to turn it on and adjust the settings is the same, and no experimenting with short/long/multiple button presses could tell me what worked. It felt like chance. It also stopped working after the 5th time I used it, which was really disappointing. I thought it may have died, but no amount of charge time and switching outlets helped.
