Someone recommended using this immediately after using a face epilator and I'm glad they did. This provided me with immediate relief to both the pain and the redness. I did the epilating at night, applied this and followed it with an aloe-based moisturizer and when I woke up you couldn't tell I did anything - except my face was smooth! I strongly recommend. It is pretty much fragrance-free, wasn't greasy, and felt great. I will probably use this for sunburns as well.

If you do any at-home waxing, you absolutely need this! It instantly cools down the skin and stops the burning sensation right after hair removal. It drastically reduces redness and bumps within a few hours. The pump bottle makes it super easy to dispense without making a mess, and it absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky residue. Highly recommend for post-wax aftercare!

I recently went to a salon for a Brazilian keratin treatment. During the course of applying the keratin mixture, the skin along my hairline began to burn, and became extremely red and inflamed. The hair stylist applied this cooling aloe vera gel along my hairline, and I felt immediate relief. The redness also diminished significantly in about 10 minutes. I tend to have extremely sensitive skin, and am forever looking for products that decrease redness in my face. This product does exactly that for me! I ordered it right after my hair appointment, and have now been using it on my face daily. First I use a gentle face wash, follow it with this aloe vera gel, and lastly apply a thin layer of Vanicream Moisturizing Ointment for dry and sensitive skin. So far, it has done wonders for me! The redness has diminished considerably, and my skin looks and feels moist and supple. I'm going to order more, just in case it is discontinued or out of stock. A Godsend, at least for me!
