This is what my mom used to get me when I had a sore throat when I was a kid. I used to hate the Menthol a cough drops these are nothing like it it's more like a cherry candy but it helps a lot with sore throat so it is great for kids. I had to purchase some of these for my type 1 diabetic daughter who is super picky when she gets a cough and sore throat she doesn't want to use cough drops because she hates them. She loved this.

These individually wrapped Wild Cherry throat drops have been a lifesaver whenever my throat feels dry or irritated. They provide long lasting relief and have a pleasant cherry flavor that isn't overly sweet or medicinal. I like keeping a bag at home and another in my car so I always have them available when I need them.

I love the flavor. I take meds that have dry mouth as a side effect. These are very effective without the menthol commonly used in cough drops.

They're not cough drops proper, nor do they advertise as much. They're more supposed to be throat-soothing drops. Decent taste. Some sweetness, but not candy. I guess they did okay. I'm on the fence about cough drops in general anyway; I use these more as a preventive than a suppressant, and for that, they work okay. They don't have that "cool menthol" feel, but they're more natural and do indeed coat your throat. Honestly, I'm not sure they do much more than a peppermint or a Dum Dum would, but they did okay. Not sure I'd buy them again, but I wouldn't discourage them either.

These are the best. I have tried store brands and off brands and there are none better. They are yummy and taste like candy all while soothing your throat. What more do you want from a cough drop. I've been using the brand for over 20 years and always have them on hand during the winter.

Tastes great, not like a normal cough drop.
