So can this cook spaghetti or penne? Approx how much, 1/2 pound at a time??

Yes, I cook 8oz of pasta in it regularly, I’ve used several shapes and it works great, could probably go to about 12oz before it’s a little crowded, but I only cook for two. You might have to break the spaghetti in half to get it to fit initially, but that’s the same with any smaller pot.

Can you cook rice in in?
