When you first get these and pull them off you think you have done something wrong. You end up with a paper like back to it making you think its come off wrong. It hasn't! It really is possible to peel further and remove that backing - its just really, really fiddly - don't give up! The end result in a very sticky mesh which once stuck on stays there for ages!

I suffer with PCOS and endometriosis and have suffered for a long time with a b12 deficiency. I have constantly been irritable in mornings and struggle to be productive in the afternoon. No adverse reaction. I sometimes think it’s giving me more energy. But haven’t noticed a difference if I haven’t worn one for a while. So I’m not convinced. I’ll keep using but not sure I’ll buy any more.

I had been buying some other ones previously and then I saw you get loads more in the packet from this brand. I’ve worn them a couple of times now and I have found they stick very securely and have tried in different places. very easy to use! Preferable to tablets as I wear the patch weekly, this is far easier for me to remember and keep up with rather than something daily that I likely to forget. It’s great that they have a range of other vitamins in with the vitamin B12 as well. As a way to supplement, these are really helpful and their ease of use is the most important to me. I will definitely buy them again.

I have used other brands of B12 patches and always felts a nice subtle lift to my energy. These, however, didn't always peel off sicky, but dry. And when I did get patch that stuck, I noticed nothing... Maybe they had been stored badkyband perished early, but I always notice the difference to my energy levels, but with these, not at all. Maybe I had a pack that hasn't been stored properly, but there are others at the same price range which do work, so I will continue with them in future. Buy at your own risk, or buy a good coffee in this case.

i cant believe no1 told.me about b12 before. ive pcos and with all the hormonal symptoms i also suffer from exhaustion and nausea ...im swallowing all sorts off vitamins and the thought of adding b12 made me want to cry. then i saw the patches and im a big believer in you get what you pay for so i picked these as they were slightly dearer...im on day 2 and already cant picture my life without them...its mad so surreal, ive suffered years with nausea and exhaustion due to hormonal imbalance. but i have say for me i felt 1st hour off wearing the patch i had some type off rush i cant explain it...it was like i could feel my body absorbing the patch...i felt slightly dizz but more awake at the same time. it happened both times i applied...but it was a feeling off reasurrance it was working. after the hour i was wide awake and bolting round the country roads walking the dog who had to be carried home and then walked into local.town ..ate and drank yesterday and no icky nausea feeling. im so happy with this..it is recommended...fast delivery too. no rash are.side effects orher than the weird feeling for 1st hour its applied

I have chronic fatigue syndrome for over ten years. I’m sorting through 40 odd years of stuff in my house to clear, pack, sell, give away, throw away or store.
