Found this to be very sedating. Beware if driving.

I suffer from gout in my foot, but after taking these alongside my doctor-prescribed medication, I find I can enjoy some of the foods I’m normally advised to avoid — within reason, of course.

I take two of these everyday with my allopurinol and they have cut the amount of gout flare ups I have to practically nothing. I have only one kidney and my gout isn't diet related, I've had it since my teens, but if you're not drinking enough water, it's always going to take hold. Remember your water. It's the single biggest preventive of gout flare ups.

I am half way through using these and I am not convinced they are anything but a placebo. I personally have not noticed any difference and think water is just as good at keeping a gout attack at bay.

As expected

Ik heb de zure kersenextract gekocht omdat ik last had van hielspoor. Dit ging maar niet over en net als bij andere ontstekingen zoals jicht heb ik deze capsules ingenomen. Na een week al een enorme verbetering. Mijn ervaring is dat het met 2 weken over is.
