Came in undamaged box three days after ordering. Eye drops are very easy to apply to eyes of my cat.. Are effective for 12 hours.

I’ve been using this on my two cats for years. They’ve each had their share of eye problems over the years and their vet ophthalmologist always recommends this as her top choice due to its long lasting lubrication and lack of preservatives. The lack of preservatives also unfortunately means a slightly more difficult to use dropper (to help keep it sterile) compared to regular eye drops. The dropper is fine at first, but once you get to about 1/3 or 1/4 of the bottle left, it’s kind of a pain to squeeze it out and get it to drop from a predictable spot. Usually at that point it no longer drops from the actual opening in the dropper, but starts to trickle down at the edge of the bottle until it wells up into a heavy enough drop to, well, drop. And it requires more pressure to squeeze it out. These problems only arise toward the end of the bottle. It’s perfectly fine for the first half or 2/3. And more importantly, the cats don’t seem to mind it or flinch at all, they seem to find the drops comforting.

I have been purchasing these gel drops for months, ever since the puppy opthamologist prescribed it to one of my dogs when she had an eye issue. The gel captures particles in the gel itself, lifting them off the puppy eye, so when you lightly wipe after applying the impurity is removed. In addition it helps with the production of tears. Our senior dog has chronic dry eye and these drops do seem to keep him comfortable in combination with his antibiotic ointment. We apply the ointment and after 5-10 minutes one drop of this in each eye. We apply a drop in each eye when he wakes from his naps to try to ensure to keep him comfortable, so we apply drops about every 6 hours or so. The 10ml bottle is small so I have to reorder this about two to three weeks based on our usage. Also when the bottle gets low it gets harder to get the drops out, I literally have to super squeeze the tiny bottle. I wish it came in a larger size bottle, perhaps of a little bit more flexible material to for easier squeezing towards the end. I cannot put a price on knowing my fur baby is more comfortable for having this product, but for the size I do think it is a bit expensive. I am just glad I can afford to give him this comfort right now but always fear that next time I go to order there might not be any available. We order a new bottle each time we open a new bottle.

The drops with gel are really helping my boys eyes get better. He takes fluid inhibitors to manage syringomyelia.

Excellent help for dry eye.

the product itself is very good and helps my kitty's eyes. but the dispenser leaves more to be desired. the drops are difficult to extract from the bottle while trying to hold my cat's eyes open. you have to squeeze so hard and I waste many drops each time. I prefer the stronger strength of this product but I definitely prefer the other dispenser which is what I now buy. this one is too expensive to waste drops every single day.

Great product by a great company. Called customer service with a question and they were amazing! I use the human variety for myself and this product has been perfect for my canine so far. It’s helping with dry eye and irritation with no adverse effects (unlike some prescriptions we tried).

Healed my dog's ruby red eye that came on suddenly. Healed fast, here eyeball turned white again. I use it now for her dry eye condition. She enjoys getting the drops in and begs for them when she needs them.

It seems to work well. I only administer once daily at bedtime and eyes are getting clearer. First while the eyes still had to be cleaned.
