Uni has once again surpassed my expectations. This mechanical pencil has the feel of an Alvin, but lighter with a softer grip. It writes smooth and the lead doesn't smear (on 64 GSM, Kokuyo). I haven't dropped it yet, so that will be the ultimate test as Alvin's are tip heavy and rarely survive a fall. This is my new go-to pencil (paired with Mono erasers).- A Happy Engineer!

Super smooth. This is a great quality pencil, it seems well built and works great.

This pencil is a wonder to write with. The grip, while not the most comfortable, is great for making sure to the pencil doesn't slip as you write. The biggest feature of this pencil however is the rotating lead mechanism. I've never had to push the lead out once I started writing. The lead is of really high quality, and despite it being 0.5, has never broke or chipped as I was writing. The biggest drawback to this pencil is the eraser. The eraser is small and doesn't do that great of a job of erasing, but this could easily be fixed by purchasing a polymer eraser.

Top notch mechanical pencil! Comes with spare leads and eraser refills. As a dedicated cruciverbalist this is my go to pencil.

Been using this pencil every day for writing notes in school. The erasers last a long time and are very good quality. I think I’ve changed mine out twice in a year. I don’t think I’ll ever need another pencil again. It’s just so good. The writing experience with the turning led, the feel and grip, the build quality. Just amazing. I’ve used SO many mechanical pencils over the years, Sakura uniball and many other brands that are all incredible but this is the only pencil that actually makes me want to use it it’s so enjoyable. Drawing, drafting, note taking, I’ve done so much with this pencil and it never fails or disappoints. I rarely get cramps using this pencil even when writing for hours in lectures. Just great.

By far one of the best pencils I have purchased. It is a dream to use and very easy on the hand. I appreciate the middle ground. It is not too soft and not too hard.

I've owned maybe 8 of these already, and they're so good that people just love to steal them. They feel great to write with, look amazing, and never fail to disappoint. The only caveat to this pencil how small this eraser is, but it comes with the necessary replacements and such that'll even last you a while. I prefer to use a separate larger eraser, a foam one, and it works perfectly in conjunction with the kuru toga. I will purchase this pencil over and over again and never get tired of it. Been using this for school from 6th grade to now (sophomore year university), and will continue to use it throughout my entire life. This single pencil (if not stolen again for its glory) will literally outlive me. These are extremely durable. Get one now and you will not regret it!
