Wow. These are the best rice noodles I’ve ever had. My friend, who is a rice noodle hoarder, could not believe how good these are. Flavorful. Nice and thick, yet, totally pliable. Gluten and other crap free which is required for us. yet they do not fall apart even as leftovers. Way to make the perfect noodle! They’re hard to find in the supermarket, so I am so grateful to find them here.

These kind of are what they are. It is actually really easy to make fresh noodles, and these are hard to work with, but they taste ok.

I used this to make pork chow fun. The rice noodles were perfect. I much prefer using these noodles compared to the rice flake noodles that I had previously used because these are much longer.
