I love using my left hand turner. I didn’t honestly think it would make a difference but it actually does. I would buy it again if I needed another even though it seemed a little pricey.

Great product...it is used for more than lifting fish. The angle is perfect for lifting fried eggs from the pan and for other light-weight frying/poaching items.

Now that I own this spatula, I realize that it's been sorely missing from my list of kitchen tools. It is amazing at getting under, lifting off, and turning over just about anything I'm cooking in my cast-iron skillet, such as steaks, pork-chops, fish, and even eggs. Others have said that it bends too easily or is loose between the metal and wood, but I so far have not had either of those problems in using it with fairly heavy pieces of meat. It also feels good in the hand and is a good size for my uses. As it's metal, I wouldn't recommend using it in a scratchable non-stick skillet, but otherwise, I highly recommend it.

It is left handed. Foods stay on this spatula. Easy, so easy to turn food. When frying fish, the oil isn’t scooped up and the fish stays whole. This fish spatula isn’t just for fish! Roll an omelette from one side to the other. Ground meat can easily be scooped to the last morsel. I rarely use my other spatulas, even Wolfgang puck! Yes yes, they have right handed ones too.
