Organic, tasty and nutritious

Individually packed well with bubble wrap, (although I would have appreciated this order being shipped in a small box since it did contain 3 glass spice jars). This is my favorite brand of spice to use! Ground mustard is in the bubble wrap on the far right.

Not only do I used dry mustard in various recipes, I also like to use it to make "home made" mustard and mustard sauces. Have tried many other brands but Simply Organic tops them all. For home made, add just about any sort of vinegar according to taste, a dash of salt and pepper, if you want, the longer it sets, the thicker it gets so adjust liquid as needed. But the flavour is fantastic! As I say: Simply Organic is Simply the Best.

Bought this originally to use on steamed brocolli. Works very well, adds flavor and a bit of color and with butter its heaven. Tried it on Asparagus, and yes, delicious.... Added to ranch dressing and muy bueno.. Adding myrosinase enzymes in the form of even a pinch of mustard powder to cooked cruciferous (cabbage-family) vegetables like kale, collards or Brussels sprouts can offer anti-cancer sulforaphane levels comparable to raw, removing the necessity to pre-chop for maximum health benefits. I personally like 3 or so pinches...

Fresh, powerful, good. It won’t taste like bought mustard unless you add salt and vinegar and anything else that you want to try but it’s definitely a strong, good, organic base to begin with. And to experiment with.
